Great hotel and service. Was contemplating to upgrade our room, without further questions, staff brought us to view the room for our consideration. In room dining was great, with every meal you order, the kitchen will call to confirm. Highly recommended!

the location is very good and it’s in the middle of downtown, only point is the security showing the wrong way to the parking as always so waste 45 mins to get the parking

It’s our best stay in Dubai. To be honest it’s a great hotel, great location and staff super kind and nice from receptionist to restaurant waiter, specially Sudip our housekeeper is always kept our room clean and fresh. I definitely recommend to someone who wants to visit Dubai to stay with this hotel. .
