Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

Above expectations! Outstanding service (the best ever experienced), spotless clean and beautiful setting. Spacious appartments, nice restaurants and stunning pool and beach area. Tip: ask for a room with Pam view, as the hotel park is wonderful!

Early on in our stay in Dubai, we were looking for a ladies' beach club day. And we're so glad we stumbled upon this one! We first went on a Tuesday. The pool is something I'd love to visit every day. You can also go over to the beach side, but as mentioned, the pool is something. There is a swim up bar with lovely, helpful staff (talking about you Rahul and Teja!), and the deal was so good we came back on Friday!

The beach club was amazing!!! Teja and Rahul were awesome bartenders. We will definitely be back soon!!! Five of us were at Villamore’s “Ladies Day” and it was a great deal. The pool was huge and there was plenty of sun and shade. The swim-up bar was a lovely added bonus. Thank you!!!!

Excellent hotel, we stayed there with our daughter after an operation in Dubai. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The manager Melina sent flowers to the room for her,a lovely touch! Kamal and his team looked after us at breakfast each day he was brilliant as was Sadik head of house, who ensured we had everything we needed in our apartment. Thank you Melina and all your staff for all your help and support.

Very nice staff And beautiful hotel and pool, calm and not over crowded. One thing I would wish to have here, as come with kids on a weekly basis, is, water! Please provide some water for your guests as other hotels do. Other than that - always a pleasure to come here

We’ve been coming to this hotel for three years now. It’s absolutely luxurious, has excellent amenities, and is in a beautiful location. The staff is very kind and friendly, from the housekeeping staff to the managers. We are simply very satisfied here.

When we cam to the hotel the receptionist milena was very welcoming and cheerful and showed us everything and the hotel was very clean and organised thanks to lucy and josim and the breakfast was amazing we had many options to choose from and the rooms are big and comforting they were good especially for families

Great place to spend a holiday. A spacious rooms with fantastic views. The hotel facilities are wonderful especially the pool. Special thanks to Sophia form the desk for the warm welcoming and care about every detail in our stay, and thanks also for other staff and of course the supervisor. Also I want to thank the housekeeping team for the extraordinary service especially Lucy and Josim who provide nice, helpful and professional work. I would recommend this hotel and waiting for my next visit.

I visited this luxurious hotel for a delightful and authentic italian inspired dinner experience at the fine dining restaurant Brunello and I was very pleased with each of my dishes , the food as well as the huge drinks menu! everything tasted and was presented perfectly The service is super professional and super fast and it was amazing , how nice everyone was. I truly had a wonderful evening and a very good time here with my best friend ! thanks so much to Adnan for serving us so kindly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
