Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for three years now. It’s absolutely luxurious, has excellent amenities, and is in a beautiful location. The staff is very kind and friendly, from the housekeeping staff to the managers. We are simply very satisfied here.

When we cam to the hotel the receptionist milena was very welcoming and cheerful and showed us everything and the hotel was very clean and organised thanks to lucy and josim and the breakfast was amazing we had many options to choose from and the rooms are big and comforting they were good especially for families

Great place to spend a holiday. A spacious rooms with fantastic views. The hotel facilities are wonderful especially the pool. Special thanks to Sophia form the desk for the warm welcoming and care about every detail in our stay, and thanks also for other staff and of course the supervisor. Also I want to thank the housekeeping team for the extraordinary service especially Lucy and Josim who provide nice, helpful and professional work. I would recommend this hotel and waiting for my next visit.

I visited this luxurious hotel for a delightful and authentic italian inspired dinner experience at the fine dining restaurant Brunello and I was very pleased with each of my dishes , the food as well as the huge drinks menu! everything tasted and was presented perfectly The service is super professional and super fast and it was amazing , how nice everyone was. I truly had a wonderful evening and a very good time here with my best friend ! thanks so much to Adnan for serving us so kindly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The restaurant is so beautiful, the atmosphere is nice and the service is excellent, Devi was my hostess for the lunch and she was very kind and helpful, without forgetting to mention the food was very tasty and quality was very high... All other staff were also kind and hospitable. Thank you everyone!

Elegant hotel with a great relaxing beach. The beach restaurant has inside sitting as well, overlooking the beach with Marina views. The food is delicious the service amazing. You feel on vacation here even if you live in Dubai, so it’s perfect for staycations.

The stay in the hotel was very enjoyable-pleasant staff, cleaning twice a day, peaceful beach club and pool area, delicious breakfast. Our daughter admired Lady in Red- Milena, restaurant staff and also kids club. It would be advisable having more outdoor entertainment for kids. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable! After an initial hiccup with a delay in getting into our suite due to needing an early check-in, I cannot fault the customer service we received from the staff whilst we stayed at Kempinski Hotel. From house keeping to staff at the restaurants we were treated very well and all our needs were catered for and nothing was too much bother. Although we had a 2 bedroom suite, we paid to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite with a private pool which was amazing! My son had his birthday whilst we were there and the staff made the day so very special by bringing him a cake and decorating the room. A special thanks for Mina and Kamal (Brunello) for making our dining experience far better than we ever expected. For Ahmed for resolving our initial issue with the early check in and upgrading our suite. But most importantly a huge thank you to Milana (hope I am spelling this correctly), aka the lady in red for going above and beyond to make our stay most memorable. Milana is a true asset to the hotel, a genuine hard worker who valued the feedback we provided and took action in order to rectify any issues that occurred. Would we stay at Kempinski again, absolutely!
