I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

My recent four-night stay at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel was a serene escape filled with comfort and exceptional service. Despite a minor hiccup during check-in due to payment issues with my travel agent, the hotel promptly resolved the matter and even upgraded my room to a stunning pool view on a high floor. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the incredibly comfortable bed, which surpassed all others I've experienced in the UAE. Each morning, I awoke refreshed and ready to explore Dubai. The front desk personnel were incredibly helpful, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. Overall, my time at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel was exceptional, offering unmatched comfort and hospitality.

The hotel is in walking distance to the JBR Beach and Marina. About 15/20 minutes, the hotel provides a regular bus shuttle if you are not up fir the walk. The staff where welcoming, professional and helpful with any queries we had about the hotel, getting around. Muhammed the tour organiser helped us book two excellent tours, half day tour of Dubai catered to our wishes and the VIP trip to Burj Khalifa. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. restaurant on site lots of choices for breakfast buffer and evening meal.Easy to get to Dubai Central. I woukd stay here again.

I have already left a complimentary review. It is clear that the hotel is ideal for us personally, but for tourists (who come on a tour) it is obviously an average option. Now I will tell you what can be improved: 1) pricing - it could be cheaper, sometimes it is at the price of the neighboring luxury Five. 2) other Rove have game consoles, coworking areas are larger, there are shops right in the hotel. This one does not. 3) there is no gym either, I think. 4) the elevator is questionable: it moves slowly, it is faster to go down the stairs. 5) for the official price on the Rove website (＞550 dirhams in December), they could have installed a capsule coffee maker in the rooms, like in the same SO Uptown. 6) there are no transfers.

The hotel is very beautiful, chic and modern. But we are very happy with all the hotels in the chain, which are phenomenal. at Rixos Dubai the service was excellent, they pleasantly surprised us for our anniversary, checked us in early. Thank you for the support from Diana - by email She is very responsive and a true professional, for whom it is important that the client is satisfied. The restaurants, bars, delicious food, spa center, location - the best.

Had a very nice stay here. The hospitality was great. And really enjoyed hookah at the bar! Shoutout to hookah guy from egypt🤩🤩

Honestly, I cannot be happier with Jumeirah Living Gate and all about it. I was looking for something relatively long-term to stay in Dubai, yet I wanted to have hotel vibes and all the amenities in place. Jumeirah Living Gats is a super new place, they opened only in September 2020, so I truly love NEW Furniture, and overall the design and the vibes of the place. They do have everything you need: great swimming pool with a heated little pool, sundeck, a business lounge, a great gym + sauna and hummum. Nearby you have a great walking promenade (super rare for Dubai), 2 (!) supermarkets, a coffee shop, a shopping centre nearby, a healthy cool restaurant in the building. At the same building, there is a king's college London hospital - so you can get your covid test before flying, they have a manicure and all these beauty treatments in the same building too, so - there is even no reason to go out))) To me one of the most important aspects is PEOPLE. and I must say at Jumeirah Living Great the whole team is AWESOME. Everyone - super polite, super helpful, smiley and you truly feel like at home. I never had a similar attitude somewhere else. I had some questions on arrival - everything was resolved within seconds. Thank you to the whole team! In particular (I wrote down some names, but not the whole list!) Jimmy, Naval, Muhhamad from the sales/management team. Rabina, Jarkyn from the reception Robert, Bilal, Sanjoy from customer service/reception Business Lounge: everyone is great too super attentive to every client and do everything beyond expectations. I remember Josephine, Ali, Rizmi, thank you guys, and the rest of the team too! I am back in a week time and look forward to it.

Tucked in a quiet little cul de sac is Rove at the Park - a wonderful hotel for quirky design lovers. The ambience and decor is very hippy . The rooms are clean and minimalist. Our room was just enough space for three of us. The pool was pretty big and pool area very clean us well with enough umbrellas and shades. The staff were all lovely. Kevin made our stay extra special and offered us early check in. Bho was pleasant and very hospitable. We would come back to Rove at the Park again. The room was non-smoking and had a fresh smell but the hallway carpet had a smoky smell. This did not affect our stay negatively as we only spent 1 minute walking down the hallway at any time.

Service: - Overall is good, reception manager Pei Pei demonstrated good service and fast response, but one reception guy was disappointing - Gobin who was the night time reception, was lowering the whole level of the hotel, ashamed the whole hotel (Incident: we saw an advertisement in the elevator showing 160 AED for 6 bottled Heineken beer in the afternoon, that night we ordered by dialing 0 in the room service, then when paying the bill, it was 252 AED, we didn't ask further for the price because we were afriad we missed some conditions in the advertisement. The other night, we planned to order again, so we see again the advertisement in the elevator, it just stated ”Dial 0 or scan QR code to place order”, then we headed to the reception and asked if there is any hidden conditions. Gobin just questioned me if my picture is taken on the day and told me it is a recent promotion, so it's wasn't started on the day i ordered. That's totally trying to drag the problem to us, i was never thinking to get back what i over paid, and you didnt need to defend and attack me at once. And then he asked if I have any proof that the advertisement was published on the day I order the beer, I said I didn’t take a picture on that day, then I asked him which day this promotion started, he failed to answer. Then he quibbled and said because we didn't tell over the phone that we wanted to get the promotion beer, so we couldn't get 160 AED beer. I was so pissed, but I was too focused on how I can proof the promotion has already started on the day I ordered the beer, then I went back to our room and I didn't pay much attention to his words. After going back my room, my family told me again what Gobin said just now, it was totally humiliating and treated us as a fool. Is that I don't mention the promotion price, then I need to pay extra? It's totally nonsence.  The original price was 240 AED for 6 bottles, we paid 252 AED just because you charged me on a price of single bottle 42 AED each x 6 bottles. Because I was totally pissed off, I went back and argued with him, he knew he couldn't cheat me anymore, then he passed our case to his colleague. His colleague ****** in his service too (but i forgot to memorize his name), same as Gobin, he was trying to point the problem back to us, he said because there was no bottled beer so the staff gave us canned beer that night, so I was charged for a higher price, then I told him to see the two remaining bottles in my room and i took picture on that night as well. At last, they failed to put back the fault to us, and gave me back the money. The whole incident was nonsense, and ruined my mood in the whole night. I had never tried to feel so pissed for a staff in the hotel before. Room: - Spacious, clean, sufficient facilities - Light flashes in washroom, tolerated for two nights but finally too annoyed, so reflected this on a random surve, Pei Pei approached me the next day when we were having breakfast and sent engineer to fix the light (she offered change of room but we turned down, and she offered a complimentary dinner and a fruit platter) Gym: - More than enough for a hotel Swimming Pool: - Small and not many seats Breakfast Buffet: - Large variety of choice and taste good
