This was the cleanest place I have stayed. It is close to Amish country. It is also pet friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were changed out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. He made sure we were happy with our room. I would definitely stay again. The area is safe.

Hotel has been completely updated and remodeled. The rooms are very nice and cozy. The front desk employee is extremely nice and helpful. The location is very convenient to the highway and also local gas stations and restaurants. Great experience and will definitely be staying there again when in the area

Flies and gnats in room. No maid service and had to request towels, soap, hair dryer, and coffee. Room not clean and room needs some cosmetic remodeling to feel comfortable. We will not be staying here again.

This place was absolutely terrible... Water pressure was horrible. No hot water just because.. bath would not drain.. room was not clean.. when it was addressed with staff. They were rude about it and really didn't offer any solution.. still waiting on a refund!

Was in Room 315 on 6/29/2022 and had little problem checking in, but when we got to the room the DOOR FRAME was all busted up! The door was open and it did lock but NO DEAD BOLT and you could see through the trimming of the frame! The room was fairly clean except for around the windows and furniture. The fridge did not work correctly and the TV kept changing colors. But we stayed. In the morning we went to get a cup of coffee and a snack at 9:30 a.m. and the door was locked. So we picked up the phone and a young girl answered the door and there was NO coffee and a few snacks. The young girl could not check us out, she said just to leave the keys in the room. NOT a good experience.

The check in process was easy but I would stay here again. We were told the hotel was booked solid but there were few cars in the parking lot. Most of time, there was no one in the office. A sign on the door mentioned limited staff so use a designated phone and dial “0”. Once they pick up, many excuses to get out of not coming to the office. I verified the night before checking out someone would be available to provide a receipt upon check out around 7am. Went around 7am to check out, no one in the office. Dialed “0” on the phone, was told the system was down and they might be able to email the receipt. This is on top of not having a chain on the door, gnats in the room. No blanket on the bed, there was a blanket on a rack that is not designated as clean. I took a quick 10 minute shower and was in ankle deep water that took an additional hour to drain. That was along with a shower curtain that had mold spots along the entire bottom. The ceiling had so many water stains from water leaking. It was a double bed room and one bed was under a ceiling spot that looked like it could cave in. Room smelled very moldy. Both mornings leaving the room, there was someone sleeping in a car parked near my room and vehicle. This hotel has outdoor room access. I have a bug bite of some sort on foot but I was outside in the grass most of the weekend so unable to know for sure it was from the hotel. Most definitely do not recommend and will not stay here again!
