I have not come across such great service especially the front desk lady, 'Barn Si'. The room is very clean. As we are on a photography trip, we do not need a gym or swimming pool. The breakfast comes with a good varieties of food and breakfast area is very well set up.

The service is really good. The security guards will hold umbrellas and direct parking on rainy days. The service at the front desk is also excellent. As soon as you arrive at the front desk, you will be served warm flower tea.

The most important thing when traveling is rest and bathing. The hotel did not notify guests when the cold water in the pipe was broken. When bathing, they only used hot water, which almost scalded their skin. (Because there was only hot water, there was no bathing in the hotel that day.) Call the front desk. The staff didn't pay much attention to it. It wasn't until I went to the front desk in person that the management dealt with it and I didn't know what happened!

Then there is nothing wrong with the room as a whole. It is tidy and well-equipped. The only shortcoming is that the details are not in place and there are some corners. There is a lot of dust accumulated, such as the scenery on the window sill and bedside table, and the hair dryer needs to be cleaned, otherwise there will be no wind at all. I hope it can be improved ~ overall it is good. Bonus points for the lady at the front desk!
