Concierges could have been on shift later in regards to calling for advice for things reception did not have the answers for.
Hellen was amazing she went above and beyond for me during my stay at Mondrian. I even left some bits behind which I only noticed 2 days after leaving the hotel. Hellen called me back after I alerted the hotel and informed me that my items were stored in a safe space and gave me a reference code to collect my bits.
I would advise also expanding a beauty services in regards to manicure with gel nails. I went elsewhere through recommendation of the hotel reception staff.
Stayed in Doha with many hotels with similar prices. Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental are the most at home. Refurbished before Four Seasons. All the facilities in the house are very good. The service is also great. If you return to Doha in the future, Four Seasons must be the first choice.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Grand Lux Hotel Doha. Everything was exceptional—from the comfortable rooms to the impressive amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always eager to assist and make the stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A special thanks to Danishba for her outstanding hospitality and warm service, which truly made the experience unforgettable.
Looking forward to returning soon!
It's a hotel for transit use. Good location to access to airport.
Took over 1 hour at checkin wait line. Only 1 staff at reception is doing checking while 5 to 6 staff are doing something else with a line of over 20 people.
Smell like smoking in room. Need to change room.
It's good value for a short stay but don't expect much services.
The hotel rooms and environment are really great. The breakfast is really rich, and the Mediterranean restaurant and Arabic restaurant for dinner are also very delicious. Welcome drinks are provided. Don't bring water with you when you go to the island. There is free water everywhere on the island, and there is so much water in the room that you can't finish it.
amazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.
Extravagant, bravo, omigoto, appare!!! The service is very good, the location is convenient (in addition to uber/kawar taxi, you can also take metro to msheireb metro station, and the day stardard pass is 6 yuan in Qatari currency per day, which can be used all day long), the facilities are luxurious and clean, The buffet breakfast (at mosaic restaurant on the eighth floor) was rich. After going out in the afternoon, I returned to the hotel room and found that turntown service was provided (generally non-five-star top hotels do not have this service). Even when taking the elevator, I met a tourist from Europe. We Chinese strangers also have great praise for the hotel. There is a Gelato ice cream shop downstairs of the hotel, a must-try (one scoop costs 19 Qatari dollars). In addition, there are many specialty restaurants and cafes near the hotel. You can also walk to the monoprix supermarket in five minutes, and you can reach the souq waqif market in a few minutes' walk. It is very lively and crowded after nightfall. It is very convenient to return to the hotel after walking.
I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Doha and had an exceptional experience.
First off, the hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotel’s serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay.
Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!

MM.A.HI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the utmost warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
The rooms are a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, they offer a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail, from the plush furnishings to the high-quality toiletries, was impressive.
The service at the Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay is exemplary. The staff are attentive, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that every guest's needs are met. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and went out of their way to provide personalized service. Special requests were handled promptly and with a smile, making me feel truly valued as a guest.
The location of the Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Situated in the heart of the West Bay district, it offers easy access to the city's major attractions, shopping centers, and business hubs. The stunning views of the Arabian Gulf from the hotel are an added bonus, providing a serene backdrop to the luxurious surroundings.
Overall, the combination of luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining, outstanding service, and a prime location makes the Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay a top choice for anyone visiting Doha. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.
GGuest UserI’ve stayed in a lot of W Hotels and this one is my least favorite. The location is fine, though there isn’t much in the immediate area other than malls. The hotel facilities are limited. The pool is very small with very few sun loungers and the gym is small but sufficient. The hotel claims to have beach access but this is not true. The beach is some distance away and entrance is expensive. The breakfast is fantastic with very helpful waiters. Although, a bill was presented to us at each breakfast despite our breakfast being included in our rate. I think this was more for tips. I’ve never experienced this in any other hotel in the world.
AAini AkmaliaI love everything about the hotel. Strategic location, nice ambience, warm welcome, and friendly staff. Definitely my first choice for the next stay in Doha.
JJonchuaFirstly, Shaza Location was perfect. 5 mins to metro and 15 mins to Souq Waqif. Recommend to visit both day and night.
First impression is clean and big room. Downside is the inconsistent of the shower temperature. Cold water gushing out every minute.
Service was alright. Fuss free but nothing to rave about.
Breakfast was good for the price. Spread was limited but good enough for our daily intake
DD-MitriiI stayed at this hotel in July with up to +45C on daytime and still enjoyed to walk around because at Souq Waqif labyrinth of trade streets you will always find a shadow and things to watch&buy. Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are actually a chain of nine hotels scattered close to each other around the same area of Waqif market, so be aware that your room, reception desk (Al Mirqab hotel) and the restaurant (Al Bidda hotel iirc) could be in different buildings. Its not a problem though, because the hotel providing you a free electric car transfer for the breakfast. I stayed in Najd hotel which is right in front of the Al Mirqab and I love its interior and location right next to the Ali Bin Abdullah Street exit of the Souq Waqif metro station - you can get there right from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and small cafes around for every wallet, plus few popular attractions such as Museum of Islamic Arts, Corniche promenade and Islamic Cultural Center are within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wish to feel the Qatar vibes while enjoying the good service.
SStephane1Very nice confortable hotel.
However this time i had a problem with bus bus shuttle: we were waiting with an other customer from 23:50 to 00:10 at the bus stop at the airport, but bus didn t show up. We had to finally take a taxi. My recommandation would be to put a much bigger “hotel name” on the bus, otherwise it is a mess.
RRafsana ChoudhuryFantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water....
Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe?
Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel.
It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too.
KKonstantin KCompleted several stays here in March-April and it's definitely gotten worse in terms of facilities - the only one really being the pool. Initially, there were two sun loungers by the pool (already not too many), but in April the pool bar (independently owned) completely took over - loungers were removed, ugly black-draped Iftar service tables installed, tables added to occupy all of the area. If you show up at pool opening time (6 am), there are some napkins and water bottles around and inside the pool. At 4 pm, the manager (?) of the bar shows up with service staff, they start talking loudly and moving the furniture around, making something that's already uncomfortable even more hard to bear - in spite of the pool allegedly open until 6 pm. Very annoying to say the least.
Music from the same bar is clearly audible inside the rooms facing it, too, which may be a nuisance at night.
Otherwise the hotel is quiet, rooms are ok, with the exception of most shower doors that don't close tightly and, opening to the outside of the cabin, let out a lot of water that stays on the floor.
It's not a bad hotel but there are minimal amenities and the above issues must be addressed for it to be highly recommended for the price.
GGuest UserI was surprised the hotel was rated this low, I really enjoyed my stay during the Doha stopover. The hotel is near the airport, the room is spacious with a good view, very clean, nothing to complain about
科科威伊迪萨The location is very good. It is not far from the Museum of Islamic Art, the National Museum, and the old bazaar. There are large construction sites around, and there are no construction sites in Doha. The service industry is very good, the living is very comfortable, the room decoration is very ethnic style, my mother and I like it very much. The bathroom is a bit small, just a little bigger.
The average price for hotels in Doha is US$293 on weekdays, and US$299 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
