我外出時大多會選擇全季酒店，這次德州之行確實有點體驗不好。其他的都很好，唯獨沐浴的澡水是忽冷忽熱，不穩定，我和孩子洗的非常不舒服，有點着涼。這是在全季最糟糕的一次。雖説小姐姐一再道歉，但是我覺得還是要説説，生活不易，從不差評。

許多的設施是都是欠缺的，比方説沒有護髮素，沒有浴袍等等。另外，我的套餐裏明明寫了有歡迎水果，但是在房間裏毛都沒有，後面也沒有人送過來，這點非常不爽

這次與家人去德州辦事兒，對此家全季酒店有了全新的觀察和認識: 房間設計合理時尚實用; 洗澡間與廁所的距離合適舒服; 前台服務專業周道，為顧客着想; 早飯很可口豐富，食材是用心做出來的，好吃但吃不過來，因為樣樣都好吃。以後出遊旅行，還會選全季酒店的。謝謝酒店團隊的集體努力和關照。
