The accommodation smells like a musty mold... There are a lot of Arab people around the accommodation and the atmosphere is scary.

I made a reservation around 10 p.m., but of course, the reservation I expected to be made the next day ended up being a same-day reservation. I found out about this through a notification from the hotel the next day after visiting the hotel. The hotel was unable to contact me in any way because I did not receive personal information, and in the end, I received no refund due to no-show without receiving any communication. Although this happened due to my mistake, I believe there is a high possibility of something like mine happening, and Trip.com needs to improve its system.
