As the flagship hotel in Harbin in the past, Huarong now looks more like a declining aristocracy. The first picture and the first video are the scene when I went to the store to get the card and open the room on the morning of the 12th. If this is an oversight or coordination error by the front desk, then the second video is the record after I returned to the front desk to change rooms... …Huarong, which stands tall in the center of Harbin, needs some reflection.

設施陳舊，衞生環境很差，沙發地毯牀板部位都是明顯污漬，牀頭櫃還擦出黑色顆粒物，不知是什麼，洗漱台與馬桶都有明顯黑斑 ，住宿感覺非常不好，早餐一般。衹有地理位置是優點，出行方便。

千萬不要住！空有大酒店的外殼。自來水和洗澡的水一直是黃的，有銹和沙子味，問了客服也衹是説多放一會兒，但放了許久依然如此，衹得用礦泉水刷牙，卻連一瓶礦泉水也不願意多給；其他設施也是相當陳舊，衞生一般。

剛開始訂的普通大床房環境衞生特別差，15樓的服務人員態度惡劣，多要個牙刷都不給，後在前台加100元升級的豪華大床房還可以。早餐豆漿是涼的，不建議入住。最後－張是升級完的房間。

缺點：攜程上訂的給的是老房間，設施老，由於用消毒液，屋裡一直有股臭味，很難受。由於時間久了，枕頭也不鬆軟了，還有味道，很不舒服。優點：地段好，下樓就可以去南崗中心區域溜達，遠大，松雷，秋林，高中低檔全能滿足，還有就是電梯特別快。
