Hotel Piccadily Raipur

The hotel looks very good from outside. But it is PATHETIC from inside, full of mosquitoes, toilet seats uncleanned, room has ***y cobwebs. Very Poor service , Horribly ***aged. Don't know what GM is looking after. This hotel is the worst place iv ever stayed at

I went to hotel Piccadily Raipur and full enjoyed of pool and food and services nice property good maintain.staff behaviour is very polite and courteous all staff so nice.Defineatly I recommend to my friend you must visit to hotel Piccadily Raipur Chhattisgarh.

Very good hotel, Excellent room, polite staff, Clean pool facing room. Sales & Marketing ***ager was very humble & helpful. Food was excellent especially south Indian food during breakfast. I will come to Raipur, I will stay here only. Must visit...!!!! Thanks Piccadilly Hotel, Raipur.

Very nice hotel, awesome place and location, bedroom is excellent Stay was very comfortable. Hotel staff was good behaviour, mind-blowing restaurant view.iron was so good I checked in at 12:00pm,no hassle,they have room and they gave it without requesting them.

One word pathetic….no star should be given to the hotel as most of the basic facilities expected to be present Ina 4 star hotel are all together non existent.Below are the pointers which are enumerated so as to make our point clear. 1.highly non courteous staff.They presume as if we are being paid to stay at this place. 2. Non existent house keeping facilities which infact the front desk of the hotel also believed in and told us about when we had already ventured or paid in advance the tariff. 3. Highly ILL cooked food which smells stale and could make any one catch up a disease. 4. Non existent support staff…they themselves are not aware of their basic responsibilities as are prevalent Ina hospitality industry. 5. Swimming pool is so dirty and filthy.From the water of the swimming pool they fill buckets to wash utensils and clothes. 6. Highly arrogant staff. To name a few worst performer was ***ohar,the person incharge of the restaurant. 7. If you have the basic requirement of having bottled distilled water they will make u feel as u are somewhere caught up in a deserts location where there is scarcity of drinking water and will specifically tell u the bottled water is only available till 10:30 PM only. 8.For all your other requirements like soap,shaving kit etc you have to be already well prepared as they will be taking around 2 to 2 and a half hours to supply the same. Hope the above experience in the form of bad luck would be enough for other travellers to be staying away from Piccadilly Raipur. At the end the hard earned money is for getting proper services and not for getting perturbed and distressed…

Ambiance and location is perfect but hotel staff doesn't understand service standards after charging good teriffs. Room was not ready even after 3 reminders of arrival. Room was not cleaned, towels were not changed

Nice location, excellent staffs, spacious and clean room. Restaurant, reception and house keeping staffs are cordial and in quick response mode. Hotel is in post covid quick recovery business mode.....

The hotel is superb. Had been here hor lunch. We tried the veg food. It was prepared very well. Would highly recommend you to stay here when at Raipur. It is centrally located. The staff treat guests very well. The hospitality is must a mention. Must Visit
