Breakfast was horrible! False advertisement of pictures. No hot food such as sausage or eggs. Waffles tasted bad.

We were pleasantly satisfied with our stay. Professional staff, Convenient location mixed with great price and clean accommodation. The free breakfast was a bonus. I would definitely go again.

The customer service was not excellent but it was not bad. Noone wanted to go beyond their job duty to satisfy. The free continental breakfast could have been better.

The employees were wonderful and accomodating. The hotel was very vlean, bed was super comfortable. The room just needed some updates and slight refreshing.

Check in was easy, quick, and not at all a lengthy process. Room was a little dated but I thoroughly checked for bedbugs/vermin as I always do and found no evidence of any issues. My only actual complaint was over a few hairs left in the shower. Otherwise, the bed was nice and clean, shower water pressure and temperature were phenomenal, and the room came air conditioned to a normal indoor temperature.

I booked my stay 2 months ago and when I arrived there after an 11 hr of driving from Quebec, I was told they didn’t have me on their system and booked up.
The manager wasn’t even sorry and even had an attitude saying it wasn’t their fault.

Desk employee was friendly but distracted by a crying child she was caring for. Hall carpets are stained / worn. Heat didn’t work in 1st room. Next morning someone tried to enter room without knocking and then that night someone attempted to open the door but we had safety bar on. This was the 2nd time there. 1st time had to change rooms for a broken tv. We won’t go there again.

Being a 69 year old woman with a vane and the closest placr for dinner was Arby's across the street and it was already dark at 6 pm and not too many lights.
The maintenance man Kelly offered to escort me across the street. He was very curteous and helpful in best way to cross. Then said he would keep an eye out when I might return. He did and was good at assisting. There were some scary cars out racing. But I was grateful Kelly was there to assist me safely back into the Quality Inn. The lady at the check in dsk was very nice and pleasant. I am enjoykng my stay here.
