特價房 也不能用人家用過的東西吧 房間有異味 拖鞋都是有人用過的。建議以後住其他賓館

每次回來都是住山水酒店，周邊交通很方便，酒店房間也很整潔乾淨，設施很齊全甚至有很多專用的小童用具可以申請，最主要是酒店客服人員都很不錯，需要添換東西的時候響應也很快，小朋友也很喜歡這個酒店每次回來都惦記着他家哈哈～

位置很好，距離龍巖高鐵站很近，非常適合商務出行。酒店的服務人員很熱情。房間也比較舒適，沒有什麼硬傷。

非常差的一家，因為在福州住過很好，沒有看評價就定了，店裡沒有開暖風，給一小暖風機，到晚上十點多睡覺時，才發現房間嗡嗡嗡作響，還特別大，一問是空調發出的聲音，要求換房間答所有房間都滿了，無法調換，你們可以退房，晚上11點讓我們去外面找房。最後在我們強烈要求不管是什麼價位的房間都行，才給換了一個套房。而且大晚上近12點催着交差價。在這裏要表揚攜程的服務，給攜程打電話，馬上幫助解決。

酒店離高鐵站很近，半夜三更到的，服務人員精神抖擻，不像有些地方睡意朦朧的，早餐品種還可以，房間整體不錯。

酒店離火車站很近，出行方便，公交衹需兩站，離萬寶廣場10分鐘車程，樓下還有個網紅牛雜，下次還會選擇入住這邊

早餐很好吃，有自助還可以讓廚師煮粉，每次來都住這裏，有管家服務會提供熱牛奶，艾草泡腳，免費充電服務，還有衣服晾曬服務，走的時候還送特產小禮物，非常好。
