I always enjoyed my stay at Innside. Clean and spacious room, attractive contemporary design, good hospitality, varied breakfast menu. However, it is a bit distant from shops and restos, we have lotte mart behind the hotel within walking distance, though. And if we order food or things online, it also reaches us in a short time.

They made us pay for additional water, why?! No other hotels in the area do this. Other than that, all good.

Great service especially from the manager, spacious parking lot, but sorry to say for cleanliness still needs to be improved. Bedsheet condition at check-in is not clean and the bathroom is very humid, no air circulation and exhaust fan, the towels also smelly, too bad for 4 stars class hotel

I booked a non-smoking room, but because they wanted to open as few floors as possible, they put me on the smoking floor and told me that the non-smoking rooms were full. 🤷, this is the kind of hotel service! In addition, the swimming pool is under repair.

Clean & bright rooms with comfortable king size beds. The facilities are quite complete, including a mini bar in the room which can be obtained free of charge. The location is a bit to the edge but still easy to access via the ring road.

Very comfortable staying at the Melia Hotel. I've stayed here 3 times and the rooms have never been disappointing. The room design is nice and very comfortable.
