We stayed here a couple days on a college visit trip for my daughter. This hotel was a very positive contrasting experience vs our stay at a different chain in Amarillo. The gym was pretty complete with I think 4 treadmills along with elliptical and free weights. The towels in the gym were clean, smelled nice and were like thick bath towels. The room was clean and there were adequate towels and washcloths. The reception folks were nice and always acknowledged us when we came or went. Parking was easy and well lit. There were an adequate number of elevators. They put us in a higher floor when we checked in since our room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM. Our room was comfortable and clean. There weren't kids running up and down the hallway and we didn't hear noise coming from other rooms. I have nothing to complain about. It was all positive. Oh, and the included breakfast was excellent. They didn't over hype it, it was just very good by typical complimentary breakfast American hotel standards. Wifi was complimentary and worked fine. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The recommended restaurants was a nice, but I'd suggest 2 changes. Pepper's Asian bistro was much better than the recommended Thai Pot Cafe unless you specifically want Pad Thai. We ate at both. For Italian I'd recommend North Italia, which they listed but wasn't a staff recommended.

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

The hotel was nice for what we paid for. Most of the staff members were also very friendly. The support staff was especially nice and always happy. However there was one person at the front desk who was exceptionally rude to me on one occasion. I had called to request tissue paper and towels and spoke to a lady. She indicated they would bring it up to us (usually we had to go down to retrieve. Never did this before at other hotels.). Thirty minutes later we were still waiting on the items. I called again and a guy answered. He told me to be patient and housekeeping just arrived and will bring it. Before I could respond to ask if I can just come for it instead HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back and ask that question. I thought it was so rude for him to tell me to be patient AFTER 30 MINUTES and hang up on me. I didn’t get his name but I remember he wore a nice yellow blazer one day during the trip.

We had two rooms for two nights and one room for three nights (one traveler went solo elsewhere). The staff was very nice and the rooms were modern and well-maintained. The parking was plentiful, but to find a space meant a five minute walk to an attached but distant lot. Nice lobby. No breakfast include. Overall, a good value.

Excellent
GGuest UserAlways welcomed with a smile, great staff, helpful. Clean, quiet rooms. Great shuttle service, drivers are always nice and they’re careful with my bags, always on time, no crazy driving! Will definitely be back again!
GGuest UserAt hotels I am demanding and this Fairfield is certainly one of the best hotels where I would stay again. Total Note 2+ . Some details : I had a suite with King Bed. The room was pleasantly large and modernly equipped compared to other hotels in the USA in terms of furniture and bathroom. Despite the proximity to I-25, no motorway noise has disturbed me (although it was hearable). Obviously it is well isolated and the parking house (between the motorway and the hotel) will certainly help. Whoever wants a room to the turned side (i.e. to the east) should ask for an unread room number. I had a straight number 318, i.e. to the west. All was always very clean. Air conditioning is hearable but OK. There were also Mankos: no safe in the room; at check-in 5 guests were before me and it took over 20 minutes (which led to service Note 2 instead of 1); the breakfast room was bright and modern and clean, but had the charm of a DB waiting room. But unfortunately, this is so in many newer hotels in the area. Although included in the price I preferred breakfast in Snooze (20m away), the shop is a class. Under the string a recommendable ”OK for the money” ($170).
GGuest UserWe did not stay here (I gave the rating a five star just based on service). However, I spoke to Corey at the front desk at 3:00 a.m. from out of state and he was beyond helpful. My daughter is traveling across country and we had no idea where to stay. He worked with me to pull up maps, discuss which Marriott properties might be best for her truck and trailer, etc. He was honest and said their property was too far off her destination but he gave me options and was knowledgeable about the various area(s). Most importantly, he was patient with me and just tremendous.
GGuest UserCalled the hotel from the airport and the shuttle was on its way back to get us. (They had said to call from the car hire drop off as we left the car the night before we flew, but we got right on the shuttle bus, had we done that it would probably have been waiting for us). Nice staff, ok room and walkable to some eating options. Shuttle runs 24 hours to airport and was reliable for timing. Decent price for airport convenience
AAmandaThe hotel room itself was spacious and clean and a great value for its price. The bedding was very comfortable and the staff was attentive and informative . The only issue I had which prevented a 5* rating was the difficulty we had getting yo the hotel. The free shuttle only picked up from West side of airport and there was No clear sign or directio as to how to find the shuttle stop. We asked numerous other shuttle drivers while waiting by mistake on the east side of airport and no one corrected us.
GGuest UserWhen we first checked in Lady was ok not to friendly but she got us checked in everyone else we came into contact with went out of there way to say hello. It is a nice place to stay Breakfast is good. Rooms nice and clean the no closet thing a little weird but hey go with it. . I think the number one complaint that everyone there that stayed in July was Fix the ELEVATORS was the worst ! waiting a good 20 minutes for elevator only 2 working. Then you wait and elevator opens and its so packed you can’t get in. Valet was full so we had to park in a public parking area and because its downtown its a shady area. Valet gentleman was very helpful I wish I remembered his name he worked Saturday evening around 6. we got to finally park at hotel are last night. Easy access to everything. I honestly would stay there again.
Rramses miselPrice is great, facilities are clean and Staff is incredibly friendly. I stayed in 3 hotels during my stay in Denver because I wanted to be close to different locations, and definitely by Far this one was the best. Breakfast is very complete and nutritive, and it's very close to the airport, hotel also features a shuttle that takes you and brings you from the Airport.
GGuest UserI booked a week at the Motel 6 on Federal Boulevard. The room was clean and I got basically everything that I had signed up for. It was awesome that the room was cheap and they didn't require a deposit. It was also great that the location was close to everything one would need. There are tons of places to eat within a block or two and a 24 hour gas station with a store that has anything one would require on the road, If you want a sandwich or a fresh pair of socks at 4 a.m you have to walk 3 minutes to get it. Here is the real thing. On my second to last night I became extremely ill and had to call an ambulance. I was picked up by the ambulance without having the chance to pack any of my stuff up or to clean my room at all, which I normally do before I leave a Hotel. As it turned out my situation was serious and I had to have surgery right away due to a rip in my femoral artery that I got from a fall several days earlier. I wasnt able to call the Motel at all and my room was booked for 2 more days only, yet I was in the Hospital for 5 days. Upon leaving I went back to the Motel thinking that I would never see my stuff again. I went into the main office and spoke to Kristen. Within moments she had my bag for me. All of my clothes were folded nicely and my expensive headphones, phone chargers, computer, etc. were all in my bag waiting for me. She handed it over with a smile and I wasn't charged a dollar for them having to put it all together fopr me. I couldn't imagine this happening anywhere else at all!!!! I would say that if you are on a budget and staying in the area that you would be wise to stay at the Motel 6. Kristen is absolutely fantastic and the new General Manager is always available to answer any questions for you and to help you out. They even called security to come patrol the Motel the first night that I waas there because I was worried about a group of men walking around who didn't seem to belong. 10 minutes after my complaint they were gone and I felt safe for the remainder of my stay. For less than 60 dollars a night you will not get better than this Motel 6!!!!!!! TRUST ME!!!!! Very happy with every aspect of my stay. If I am ever back in Denver this is where I will be staying!!!! Chris H.
Rramses miselFor the price I guess it's alright, if you're looking for something just to sleep and spend the night is not bad.
The place was dirty, old and the breakfast menu was not very extensive since it did not even have eggs.
Though the extremely friendly, heartwarming and welcoming staff compensated for this, they really make you feel comfortable there.
