We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn New Bedford Dartmouth. We had the two-room suite that included a kitchen and living room area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The extra bathroom was a plus for our family!  The rooms are clean and spacious.  There is a complimentary nutritious buffet included every morning with a large sitting area, an indoor pool and fitness center.  It is in a good location and the  staff were very friendly and helpful!  We would definitely recommend this all-suite hotel and we would stay here again!  Thank You!

I have family in the area and have stayed at this hotel many times, admittedly it has been awhile but I had no qualms when initially booking this hotel for a night when coming for a long overdue visit. Boy was I disappointed when we walked into our room (113) for the night around 7PM. The AC right next to the bed was extremely loud and sounded like it was a second away from breaking the entire night. It was very distracting and made it hard to sleep. That was the major thing but there were a lot of other little things like a leaky faucet, cracked toilet, and black marks all over various furniture and fixtures that just made the situation worse. I checked with the front desk who said they were completely sold out so we couldn't try switching rooms. I will say the front desk staff was very polite when handling this as well as check in. That being said my husband said he's never seen me leave a hotel so fast when we booked it out of there before 9AM the next morning.
