If you don’t want to save money, don’t read it. We booked a double bed for 2 people, but the room is not big. I thought it would be noisy on the roadside, but it was very quiet after closing the windows. Very friendly, no inspection upon check out and no deposit required upon check in.

I like the bright white towels and sheet and added duvet for comfort. Nice hot water, cool a.c. Super close to mall and unique, diverse dining options. I even forgot my toothbrush but front desk gave me a new one. Check in desk staff was helpful and kind.

Way over priced because of the graduation at U of W that weekend. $1900 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. Ridiculous!!!
The breakfast was good but hot options were sausage, eggs, waffles. The hot menu the same every day. Fresh and good, nevertheless.
The hotel had no elevator to second floor. Difficult for seniors.
Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

Update your showers for the love of god...the water was limited to very hot to hot...there was no cool option. Plus the lever used to change the flow of the water to the shower head was inconsistent and rarely worked. Dont know if its like that in every room but 203 shower was awful

Bed was made but it didn’t look like the sheets had been changed. Lots of hair and crumbs in the sheets and elsewhere around the room.

The property was priced well, but the maintenance was not great. The sound resistance in the room was not great, so it was difficult to sleep when neighbors were talking in the hall.

The bathtub was extremely dirty and had a lot of mildew. The tub did not drain at all! The floor of the room was very uneven and half the tv channels didn’t gave sound! This was the second room we had gotten. The first room had no water in the toilet! The tub and toilet in that room were very dirty! There was a hole in the wall as you walked in and the refrigerator wasn’t cold. The floor in that room was so uneven it shouldn’t have been used as a room for anyone! I will never stay at this hotel ever again!
