The Hotel is Good we have stay there with Family (in a Family room ) lots of toys for the kids play in the room. Swimming pool is nice and is open until 21:30 what is nice. Breakfast is 90% Chinese style but they have a corner for wester Breakfast with some variety. Dinner in the hotel is so so ... not so nice,) we just have dinner there in the day we arrive. You can found much better and cheaper places near the hotel or in the city center. The hotel is located near the "Half moon island" that is a bit far from the center or "broken Bridge" , never the less by taxy will take you 15 to 20 min to arrive there.

When I arrived at the hotel, the cleaning lady was in the midst of “cleaning” my room still. She did the quickest cleaning job imaginable. I don’t believe the bathroom had been sanitized at all -such that I opted not to use the bathtub. The carpets were in great need of vacuuming. When I did my morning exercises, filth from the carpets stuck all over my skin and I could see the furniture hadn’t been moved in ages to vacuum. The room even smelled of dirty carpet. The kitchen had nice food in general and the dining hall was clean. I recommend the duck. However on another occasion I ordered 3 food items and a watermelon juice. The vegetable never came, so when I asked to cancel it, 20 minutes after we were finished eating, they suddenly brought it. I said I didn’t want to pay for it because we needed to leave. All subsequent meals, I was asked if I was really going to eat my food and pay for it. Basically I was treated as if it was my fault their timing was wrong. When I arrived to pay, i was shocked to find that watermelon juice cost 92 yuan for a pitcher. I could have bought 2 watermelons for that price. I wondered if the price was to offset the unwanted vegetables. My view was amazing. I could see the island, North Korea, and the bridges. We could walk of an evening and enjoy the sights. Finally, I began menstruating whilst on the trip. I had no menstrual napkins. This seems like a basic item the hotel should have on hand. They did not. I bled on the sheets. Upon leaving, the cleaning lady began cleaning before I left the room which I found embarrassing. In the hotel’s defense, they let me stay until 2:00 because I wasn’t feeling well, but the cleaning lady should have waited until I left the room before beginning to clean. That was super awkward. The fitness room met my fitness needs. It had equipment and weights. No one was using the fitness room and I preferred to lift weights in the privacy of my room. I borrowed 2 dumbells to use for about 30 minutes. A man saw me walking out with them and befan loudly questioning me in Chinese (a language I speak poorly) and treating me as if I was going to steal them. I was not inconveniencing anyone as no one was exercising.

This hotel is really great! It is very close to North Korea, and the highest floor is provided, with a superb view! The room is also very large, and the service is very good. I had time to go swimming during my stay. Wow, I was amazed when I entered the swimming pool. Their swimming pool is very warm and artistic, full of green plants, which is different from the general hotel swimming pool which is just a pool. Moreover, this swimming pool is very large, spacious, and the green is very comfortable to look at. The pool service staff is also very enthusiastic and the service is in place! Thumbs up 👍 The breakfast is great, with many varieties and the taste is good. It is not far from the Broken Bridge on foot, and it is very lively and the scenery is good along the river! It is worth recommending!

The river view room is great, the room is standard, and the breakfast is as rich as a full meal. We arrived late that day, thanks to Manager Yu for calling in advance to reserve a good room for us, and also thanks to the front desk supervisor Wang Yujiao for her thoughtful service. I will choose to stay here next time~

The hotel is located on the Yalu River, with a beautiful and quiet environment. It is only one bridge away from Moon Island. The hotel has complete facilities, spacious and luxurious, and first-class service. This time I stayed in a river view room on the 22nd floor, with a wide view. Not only can I see Moon Island, but I can also see North Korea across the river! The night view near the hotel is also beautiful. I took a few photos with my camera for your reference. Although the holiday room prices have risen a bit, it is really comfortable to stay. I still recommend staying. A suggestion is that the facilities in the gym are too monotonous. I hope to add some strength training equipment!

The room is clean and has many children's toys. The children like it very much. You can see the Yalu River and the Broken Bridge from the room. The night view is beautiful. I will stay here again next time.

Very satisfied. The river view room on the 24th floor has good lighting and the decoration inside the room is neat and elegant. When I returned to the room at night and looked out over the river, I could see the bright lights of Moon Island and the twinkling lights of Sinuiju, North Korea. The two front desk staff were professional and good-natured, Cheng Xiao and Wang Meiyuan.

The room is great. The river view room faces Moon Island, and 🇰🇵 is just beyond it. The view is great. Call ahead to communicate your check-in preferences and reserve a room with a good view. At the same time, I would like to thank the handsome concierge Yu Huiqiang for communicating in advance to help collect express and items. He made me feel at home, provided good service, and was polite and thoughtful.

The hotel environment is very good, the river view is beautiful, especially the night view is pleasant! Get up early and go for a walk by the river, the air is very good! You can watch the sunrise in the hotel room in the morning 🌅 It's spectacular! The hotel service is great, and gifts were prepared for the children before checking in, and the children were very happy! The Chinese food in the hotel is worth tasting!

The service was excellent throughout the whole process. The hotel called in advance to inquire about the needs and prepared children's toiletries, slippers and quilts. The room staff provided timely service and the front desk reception was also very enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy. Downstairs was Moon Island, where you could see North Korea up close. It was about 4 kilometers away from the Broken Bridge. The weather was good when I went there, and I walked to the bridge with my baby, which was also a good experience.
