Door looked like it was broken into before. The bed was hard. The walls were thin. Drain covers were on without my knowledge.

Not bad, but really no managed well

This is my first time in Dammam. So far everything is good. The people is very kind. I am happy I will definitely come again

The service attitude at the front desk is very good. The rooftop swimming pool is not heated, so swimming is not recommended if it is January or February. The gym is relatively small and the toilet smells a bit loud and weird.

The location is a bit out of the way and it’s not very convenient to take a taxi. The room is well-equipped with disposable supplies. The breakfast is rich. As Ramadan begins on the last day, breakfast is packed and delivered directly to the room. There used to be a Chinese restaurant to the west of the hotel, but it has closed. There is a McDonald's and a KFC to the west. You can walk to the bay to the east, but there is no special view.

The room environment and location are very good, and there is a swimming pool on the roof. You can see the sea. Stay here next time

There is a big gap between the photos recommended on the platform and the actual scene. Everything in the room is very old and the floor is very dirty. I dare not go barefoot. I feel very uncomfortable as soon as I enter the room. I was supposed to stay for 10 days, but I stayed for 2 days and found a better hotel nearby than this one, so I checked out immediately. The room in another hotel I'm staying in now is much bigger, very clean, and the room rate is cheaper than this one. This hotel is totally not worth the price and is basically equivalent to a 2 star hotel at best
