Asur Hotel & Aparts & Villas

I had the pleasure of staying in the hotel end of September, beginning of October. Apart from a lack of traditional Turkish tea, It ticked most of my boxes for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are quite 'unique', you will probably never sleep in an octagonal room again! Spotlessly clean with daily towel changes. Comfy beds with the traditional Turkish thick cotton sleeping cover. Free air-conditioning and room safe. Small fridge which stayed on when you weren't in the room. Large hairdryer and complimentary toiletries and tea /coffee making facilities. Breakfast choice was fab with hot and cold options as well as omelette or pancake cooked to oder. Spent most of my time in the lush gardens relaxing in the hammocks and swing chairs or sat on the jetty watching the world drift by on the river. The hotel manager Mirna was so kind and lovely to chat with. She showed genuine interest in her guests and all the hotel staff were really sweet and happy to help you. If you book any boat trips, they will pick you up from the hotel jetty on their way past. I recommend a visit to the Kingfisher restaurant for delicious Mediterranean food, reception will book for you and you will be collected by boat. I also recommend a visit to Peliod spa for a scrub and massage on the first day of your holiday. Probably the best mini massage of ever had at a hamam, i can now move my neck without it 'crackling' (only £20) and they do complimentary pick up and return..

Just returned from the Asur, staff are lovely and the pool is amazing! We stayed in apartment 105 which was spotlessly clean with fresh towels daily. We used the pool in the hotel as we preferred to be near the gardens in the hotel. The breakfast is lovely, good omelettes and coffee. Pool bar staff lovely. We had a relaxing week and will be back without a doubt. Would highly recommend the Asur if you want peace and quiet, the local town is only a five minute walk with loads of lovely restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to return

Absolutely amazing hotel, the grounds of the Asur are pretty much tropical, the backdrop of the mountains is stunning and the architecture of the apartments is beautiful, particularly in the apartments. The river by the hotel grounds is again stunning, my kids tried to catch the fish every morning, very easy to catch the river boat to Izutzu beach which was again the most stunning scenery. 2 decent sized very deep pools to use in tropical grounds. Bar food very good, breakfast good. Short walk into a very bustling ***** with an absolutely massive variety of restaurants and shops. 2 minutes walk between apartments and hotel for breakfast. Special shout out to Mirna the owner, she was so welcoming and Hamza who made every breakfast great! Would definitely return. Dalyan and Asur are well worth visiting. Thankyou!

This hotel is run by a woman called Mina who has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We decided to pay our bill daily and settled in full however we have been accused of not paying it - even though we showed receipts in the end to prove it. We have just left the hotel and our goodbye and thank you was a call to our apartment reception to say we owe money, even though this has been discussed already. The poor staff that work there are lovely but very obviously are scared of Mina. She doesn’t even trust her own staff to take payments and we had to wait ages for them to call her for her to then turn up to take the payment. We spent a lot of money at this Hotel and I feel quite disgusted at the treatment of her customers and also what I can see of her staff. It’s a shame. This hotel ‘could’ be a real gem but needs a lot of updating. It’s a perfect location and visually is lovely but when you look closer it needs a lot of work. I personally do not recommend this place and that it’s mostly because of Mina. The other staff we met were lovely but I feel sorry for them as they didn’t appear relaxed in her presence. Mina is clearly all about making money and not about giving a good service or giving back to the hotel and her staff. Dalyan is gorgeous so do go but there are lots of places to stay so avoid this one!!

This is an absolute hidden gem! I almost don't want to write a review as I want to keep it a secret. The hotel itself is very authentic, immaculately kept and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Bedding and towels are changed daily if required. Breakfast is a buffet style with eggs of your choice cooked to order, the seating is situated in a very pretty area of the hotel with a minutes walk to the garden area and jetty where if you are lucky you might get a glimpse of a turtle as they like to swim by first thing in the morning. You can catch boats from the hotels jetty to take you to the beach and the town is a flat (no hills) 15 minute walk with lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend The Pier restaurant my partner proposed to me there and the restaurant manager and staff helped him plan the best proposal. The Olive Tree was another nice restaurant. Brothers cocktail Bar was a nice place to get a cocktail the owners were very friendly and attentive. Back to the hotel...I can honestly say nothing is too much trouble for Mirna and her team. It is so tranquil and quiet the perfect place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back!

Just returned from the Asur, it was our 8 th visit, each time we love it more. The charm and authenticity of this hotel, it’s very quirky in a lovely way. Mirna and the team were all very attentive in particular Murat who went out of his way that little extra. The rooms are small but adequate,you are really only in there to sleep, comfy bed, the gardens are stunning, the pool was like getting into a bath, July is very hot 🥵 Plenty of choice at breakfast and at the snack bar for lunch, you won’t be disappointed.
