I reserved a suite for my mom and me to stay in for 1 night as she was having surgery next door at the heart hospital. I was checked in a timely manner and my room looked like the pictures on the website. It was fairly clean except for all the dog hair on the floor and food crumbs left over from previous guests in multiple places on the carpet! It was clear they skipped the vacuming! I slept on the pull out sofa and I checked upon arrival for sheets and blankets. I didn't see a blanket and called to the front desk the man working there was very irritated that I asked for a blanket. he said I could come get one. So with my room being the farthest from lobby, I made my way down there. No blankets!! I was told and no offer to get me one. When I did verify and asked are u sure? He said he'd go tear up a bed for me and bring it to me! That is when i notified him of the pet hair and food. he was not happy that i asked for housekeeping to come and vacuum! So beware he's a little crabby!! I used the fitness room which needs help! Very minimal! The breakfast was served in the mornig but n o details at chek in when it was hours etc! It was okay . typical hotel breakfast nothing to brag about! All in all it fit our needs for a overnight stay!

We stay at this property at least 6 times in the year because my husband business. We are always more than happy. We always see a improvement. Is very clean and excellent service at this location. Breakfast is amazing and the staff is very professional.

Everything was great at Quality Inn in Plano-Dallas. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean, the decor was dated, but the room and breakfast buffet area was all clean. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, make-your-own waffles, cereals, oatmeal, juices, sliced bread, and jellies. Plus, the hotel is located next to several lunch and dinner restaurants.

First off, I felt unsafe and that my car might be vandalized. With the exception of checking out, I find the staff to be extraordinarily rude. Before you think I'm Karening, I came to check in at 2:15 (admittedly my fault for not knowing the time or that check in was at 3:00). After waiting about 5 minutes while two staff members argued in the back room, the woman came out and when I said I was there to check in, she angry-sarcastically asked ”Did someone tell you to come in here because check in is at 3. Is it 3? No, it's not”. When I asked if there was something close that I could do for 40 minutes she just said no. When I asked if there was a place nearby to eat she said no, but you can drive around to find something. When I opened my room, the smell hit me like a physical blow. I wish I could photograph a smell!!! The last person must have been there a long, long time (in guessing many months) and chain smoked in it the entire time. My asthma was instantly flared (didn't have my inhaler with me, which made it worse). I immediately went back and said the room is so smoky and she said she knew and that's why I didn't get charged a deposit but there were no other rooms. I immediately went to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners. I spent hours washing down all surfaces and walls and floor. It never really made a dent in m how bad the room reeked. I put several air fresheners on the air unit to help more. It didn't. The room was filthy. Two of the three entry door locks were broken and the door jamb was broken, like someone had kicked the door in at one point. The outside of the refrigerator was beyond nasty. The back of the toilet didn't have the right lid. The mirror was not above the sink but to the side so you had to stand against the toilet to see yourself to get ready in the morning. The bathtub didn't hold water for a bath so I had to cut off part of a bread wrapper and hold it with my heel. The toilet paper holder was loose in the wall and the toilet paper fell off every time. The toilet paper roll was almost empty on my arrival (it had 9 squares left). I was there for 8 days and never once got new towels or wash cloth. One washcloth, one hand towel and one towel was all I ever had. They also never took the trash out. The groceries I put in the refrigerator on day one froze overnight, completely ruining two crispers full of salad, fruits and veggies. The bed was like sleeping on a board. It was difficult to even get comfortable enough to fall asleep and I was in extreme pain every morning when I woke up. The pillows were comfortable, but that's it. I'm pretty sure the bedding came from the Dollar Store (if so, they over paid). There were no hangers in the closet at all. There's also no dresser, just two shelves. There was a full kitchenette but no toaster, stove, silverware, plates, bowls or glasses. I had to go buy them all for my 8 day stay. I think the pictures tell a better story of this nightmare. Yesterday were amazing we had a cookout and everything we really enjoyed it alot doe we all fell asleep fast too lol

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!!! MY ROOM WAS COVERED IN BLOOD!!!! I was in town for my sister’s wedding and they picked this hotel with a block rate discount. I arrived in Texas earlier than I expected, tried to call and book a room and was told they were “in the negatives and no rooms were available.” I then booked a room online and was guaranteed a room. I was overcharged and not given the wedding block rate. When I asked the front to please fix the charge, they discounted it but not to the correct rate. When I checked into my room, there were dirty socks on the floor, the room was filthy. Housekeeping came up and removed the socks and changed the sheets, but it only got worse. There was BLOOD on the carpet AND on the “CLEAN,” FOLDED towels in the bathroom!!! I was disgusted! I spoke to Daniel Alvarado, the assistant manager who was incredibly rude and disrespectful and laughed in my face when I told him about the blood all over our room (I even showed him photos). After my boyfriend spoke to him, he agreed to completely comp our room (but refused to apologize even after I asked for merely an apology). Days after leaving, Daniel has charged my card MULTIPLE times coming to a total of $540.63. I asked him to please give me a refund and he told me to call my bank. My bank sees that he authorized the charges the day after I left the hotel. Daniel told me that he can’t do anything about it and that I should post a review. I spoke to their GM, Cody Stites who only yelled at me and told me that he has more important things to do and that if I want a refund I need to contact my bank (despite the invoice from the hotel guaranteeing that I would not be charged). At this point, I just want my money back. SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY, DISGUST, AND DEMEANING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Nice and clean and comfortable. Quiet and friendly place, great customer service, didn't like the $50 deposit tho..

Although close to the highway, it is quiet. The swimming pool on the first floor is not bad. There is a treadmill. Breakfast is not bad. It would be better if bottled water is provided in the room. Note that most hotels do not have slippers to bring their own.
