It is suitable for travel. The lobby service is also very enthusiastic. I am traveling with my parents and they are more considerate of the elderly. They help me get in and out of the car. The front desk also took the initiative to provide tea, and the work efficiency was also good. The room service was a little worse. First, after checking in, I found that there were no slippers. Then, the elderly wanted a stool to take a bath, but the hotel said it could not provide it. It doesn't feel very good. After all, it is a five-star hotel, and it should really consider the needs of guests of different age groups. Some details have begun to feel improved. For example, we wanted to walk around the hotel garden, but when we went there, we found that the doors were sealed, but there were no prompts on the way. We wanted to take the apartment elevator back, but found that we couldn't get up without a card. No notification or reminder. It is recommended that hotel managers walk around from the perspective of customer exploration, throw away their own access cards, walk around completely as a customer, and rate this experience. There are also some details, such as passing by some restaurants in the hotel and seeing waiters gathering at the door of the restaurant and loudly criticizing some employees, etc. It feels like they should not appear in front of customers. Although there is room for improvement, the overall feeling of staying here is good, the bedding is comfortable, and both parents are very happy. 到大連的第一站，意外的驚喜，適合帶個孩子的我們，大床之外還有張沙發床，太棒了，窗外就能看到跨海大橋驚喜住了。入住還送了水果，棒棒糖和小點，服務也很好，整個酒店和一方城堡連在一起，晚上亮燈後格外美。

房間是挺大適合家庭，實在是有發黴的味道，，雖然省力了高層還是一樣的，景色是不錯，酒店的設施也都能用，但是還是太舊了

地理位置很好， 設施也不錯， 服務真的有待提高，沒有一點賓至如歸的感覺， 週末人特別多，早餐需要更換花樣， 衞生真的有待提高。

服務：房間很乾凈，180度海景房 ，視野非常不錯，智能馬桶，也很不錯，服務態度很滿意，早餐也很不錯，很舒適的體驗，還會再去的。

健身房，游泳池很好。 但是房間服務有待提高！
