這個淡季480的價格，我真的不知道哪裡值？跟其他小區一百多一摸一樣，連礦泉水都沒有一瓶，衞生間的門都不遮光，強烈不推薦

民宿位置極好，小區環境佳，緊鄰商場，帶長者孩子吃飯購物都很方便。交通便利，出門步行幾分鐘就有旅遊專線公交。民宿裝飾舒適乾淨，各類設施一應俱全，面向洱海的陽台和茶台、角落處的一些擺台設計很是讓人愉悦。

位置是在一個新建的小區，小區環境整潔乾淨，出門就是愛琴海，家裡如果有長者小孩吃不慣當地菜的，可以去愛琴海，這裏普遍是適合大部分地域口味的商場，而且叫外賣也方便。房間很大，本來看圖片以為一般，結果打開門就驚艷了，裝修現代，家電齊全，衞生乾淨，和自己家一樣。陽台直對洱海和奧體中心，早上起來在陽台發會呆，特別愜意。另外，如果選擇旺季來大理，真心推薦選這個民宿，交通、醫療、餐飲都方便。那種在大理古城打車2小時沒人接單的崩潰感，親歷才知道這個位置多香！

房間舒服，店主非常好，存行李啊，周邊的吃喝玩樂推薦，周邊環境也不錯，離陽溪入口打車5分鐘，周邊吃的也好，最主要的意外看見漂亮的日出，舒服。海西旅途的絕佳落腳點。

設施：奶百色系裝修，令遠道而來的我們一下子放鬆下來，遠觀洱海，心情很放鬆
環境: 周邊愛琴灣商場餐飲購物超級方便，沒有一點陌生城市感覺，早上週邊早餐店很多。
衞生：帶娃出遊硬性標準一定是乾淨，居然讓我意外的衞生乾淨，潔癖者都可以接受，所以一次性被子床單沒有機會用上。
服務：民宿負責人分別在入住前一天、當天、到達時間致電聯繫我，讓人全程感受到了大理人的熱情負責和細心，到店又幫我們搬運行李，贊一個，讓人期待美好旅程的開始。
補充一下:這裏離網紅興盛橋非常近，高鐵站也近，晚到客人作為落腳點優選之一，公寓在小區裏面，有點像回家的感覺。
這麼多年很少寫網評，自己也是作為旅遊從業人員，希望大家旅行時可以選到合適的居停。

房間乾淨，寬敞，適合家庭旅居。一側可以看到洱海。地點離大理火車站，大理古城，蒼山都不算遠，很方便。小區環境也不錯，出門不遠有一些早餐點，也可叫外賣。小區自己有地下停車場，租車停車也很方便。
