The location is strategic and room is very spacious. Staff are friendly too. Breakfast spread is basic but acceptable.

The price acceptable but I think this hotel should be only 3 stars instead of 4 stars. The staffs couldn't speak English, they even don't know my room have been paid. No buffet breakfast, no tranport service. Only one good thing for those bakery people, next door had one quite delicious. We had ice-cream and lots of bread there.

Nice hotel. A stunningly cool view from the room, spacious, there are chairs by the window to drink coffee with a wonderful view, and also a desk to make it comfortable to work. Spacious shower. Accepted shampoo and shower gel. There is a hammam, a sauna, a gym, and a rooftop pool. Breakfast is good, it's a pity there is no food and bacon is not always available. Nearby is Lotte mart, MegaMarker (Metro) and an amusement park. I recommend.

I stayed there on the last day, and it was within walking distance of Lotte Mart, so it was good for shopping. They let me check in at 12 o'clock and assigned me to a high floor, so the city view was good, but the single-pane windows were a bit lacking in soundproofing and windproofing.

We specifically chose a hotel in this location so that banks, shops and bus stops were nearby. Lotte Mart is only a 5-7 minute walk away. Check-in and check-out are fast, polite and friendly staff. Cleaning every day. The room was clean and bright, the view was beautiful. And what amazing views from the pool! Day and evening they came there to take photographs. Breakfast is varied, delicious pastries. Sometimes there were a lot of people, but there were always empty seats. The only thing is that the minibar in the room did not cool well, and the modern design wardrobe was inconvenient for us. Robes are clearly not for Europeans! :)

The room is a bit small but in good condition and comfortable to sleep. It is a bit noisy at the bend of the road. The view of the rooftop swimming pool is good. Overall good.
