The first time I stayed at this hotel, although the price felt a bit expensive, it was worth it, the location was OK, the room was large, the facilities were complete, and I booked one more night.

The restaurant service had in the one hand, very nice waiters and waitresses but also had an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful waiter (Damian). His approach to being a busy waiter is that the clients have ”to accept that breakfast will take about 30 minutes to be served” ” to be quiet to allow him to explain his perspective about how to request the breakfast to get a better price or else, assume to be charged more” not to mention that he told us there was no orange juice while other waiters were serving it to other tables all those 2 hours we were there. At the end, we waited 2 entire hours from the moment we arrived to complete our breakfast and an incredibly bad taste for our first vacation day. We spoke with the restaurant manager and while we got apologies and a very nice treatment by all the other staff members the following days, the last day of my stay (business portion of my trip) and to my dismay , when a very important professor with whom I was sharing breakfast asked this same waiter if they could please serve her breakfast as they were taking long and as we were going to be late, his response literally was ””well I'm sorry but you will have to wait as much as needed to get your food”!!!!!!! As I am spending so much time writing this negative review, I hope you can appreciate that if I do it is because it is very upsetting to spend money or the money of companies or institutions that pay this hotel to host their guests to be treated and talked in such an unprofessional way while it is also sad that the hard work of all the other staff members is tainted by one really unprofessional waiter.

We arrived at 12 p.m., the valet said the car was all strapped, which was false but put it strapped on the whole ticket, then better we park it, without shock. The reception gave us a room until the end of the world without explaining that we have to take another lift and not the lift that is there, we lost and we returned to the reception they already indicated where. At that time I asked for my bill which they obviously have not sent, even speak by phone and they have been sent and still not arrived. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was relatively good and acceptable, I had a problem with my reservation and they made me lose the event for which I went to Cuernavaca, this due to the application for which I made the reservation, They told me the only day I had cancelled and I had to take my things out, I showed them the mails and messages where I said I was confirmed and a lady by Whatsapp messages said they would take us out, that the refund would fall afterwards and that it was not a matter of her, the people of the hotel were marking too much to the degree of going to the room with security people to get us out of the room, they realized we were going out and didn't matter, I lost my reservation for the event to which we went

I called Hosteria las quintas and requested if they could surprise my mother with a cake for her Birthday. The following morning they surprised my mother with a piece of cake with a big sparkler candle at her room. They pampered her the whole day at the spa, pool and for Dinner. Thank you Casandra, front desk and staff of Hostería Las Quintas for making my Mothers birthday so special. I’m forever grateful.
