Hotel located in a very quiet location. If you are on foot, you can take the bus or walk about 30 minutes to the city. We were really well received (small touches) very smiling, kind hostess and the room was clean, comfortable bed...we will come back with pleasure sincerely.

The payment when booking the room includes breakfast, but when checking out, the hotel said that it needs to pay for breakfast, otherwise you can't leave. In the end, through coordination with Ctrip, the meal fee was refunded, thanks to Ctrip.

Good for one night but not for hollidays.

For training, we had to eat at the restaurant and take advantage of the training area. Nothing to say about the room. For the toilets, RAS neither. On the other hand, for the restaurant it is a disaster. Everything is very bad, starter, main course and dessert… We didn't eat anything… it costs the sum of 25€.

A very well located hotel a stone's throw from the station, and a great team! a few days on site with very good catering, homemade by a passionate team! Well-equipped rooms, for restful nights, and above all very easy access due to its positioning and very large free parking!

I had a very good stay in this hotel. Good welcome, good value for money; quality rooms and very close to the station. The catering is quality with regional products. Free and secure parking. I'll be back !

Hotel is secluded and quiet. Traffic in the Annecy area is an ordeal and the calm of the hotel helps you find peace of mind. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The bathroom is functional, clean and maintained.

Complicated to contact the owners responsible for the establishment. Wrong door code, wait 2 hours to get it

Dilapidated hotel, entrance door difficult to open, random TV channels, mattresses from the 50s, curtains smelling of cigarettes, in short, dilapidated hotel to avoid No security regarding the parking, it is open to all winds!!

Friendly staff. Room meeting expectations. The heating could be turned on before guests arrive.

We arrived without a reservation on a Saturday. It was full of tourists, we found ourselves in the Campanille, super comfortable bed, good shower, hair dryer, a table that can be a desk, table, etc., TV and a chair, a piece of furniture that acts as a closet. Very comfortable to organize things, without taking all the clothes out of the suitcases. The room is very small, so the next day we went to another larger hotel. The Campanile is very clean,  and comfortable,  it has free parking at the door of the room.

It's fine for an overnight stay, but expensive for a very small room with hardly any space to move around. They did not give me an invoice and they did not activate the cumulative stamps from **********, I had to open a claim.
