Our stay at Long Beach Hotel in Cox’s Bazar was absolutely amazing. This hotel is one of the best in the area, offering beautiful views and excellent service. The food was delicious, and we truly enjoyed every meal. The room had a stunning view, making our time there even more special. The staff, especially Ms. Farzana at the reception, were very welcoming and provided exceptional service. Our check-in process was smooth and friendly, setting a great tone for our stay. Overall, we can confidently say that Long Beach Hotel is the best hotel in Cox’s Bazar, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

It was a magnificent experience with one of the finest smart hotel GRACE COX. Their room layout and furniture selection was impressive and unique. We ordered lunch and dinner from their in-house restaurant which was worthy, and the behaviors from restaurant attendees are found so professional and welcoming. Its a fresh new hotel with new amenities and ideas, also budget friendly. Receptionist and other room services were found satisfactory and trustworthy. In summary, anyone can choose GRACE COX to get conventional 3 star hotel feel within the budget. In this amid covid-19, the complimentary breakfast was provided at room which was average. Notes for the hotel management: 1. Half yearly or yearly maintenance needed for the walls (as it is brilliant white color) and furniture are suggested to do (mostly are bare wood) lekar polish. 2. Joints of washroom tiles needed to be clean by routine basis. 3. PVC floor tiles were found bumpy. Also, floor mat near the bed was smeary.

Unfortunately food was not good according to my taste. Rather expensive too!

They confirmed our check-in around 11 before we arrived. But we literally had to wait 3 more hours due to their inconvenience. Besides, I left my belongings in the hotel and went to the beach, and upon my return, I couldn't find my wallet. I had around 11k BDT. in my wallet but most importantly, my NID, varsity & work ID card, gift cards, and debit cards. I complained and asked them if they found anything in the 'lost and found' section but they were negligent about it assuming I lost it elsewhere whereas I completely remember leaving my wallet in my room. The day we were leaving, the staff didn't bother to get us a seat in the lobby but also spoke rudely cause we sat near OUR luggage. Worst experience ever in Cox's Bazar.

We initially planned for 2 nights of stay at Cox's Bazar , but then we extended one day as we were enjoying a lot! So at the last moment needed to stay one night extra and got to know about Prime Park hotel that it's good within a budget. When I called, they told me there is a discount going on and I happily booked a standard double immediately! They were kind enough to send us a car to pick us up even though we were very near! The people at reception were very kind and always open to talk about stuffs to do around there. As we were a couple there, they always advised according to our safety which was very respectable. Thank you Prime Park staff for your hospitality ＜3 Loved your breakfast and the view from 'OASIS' juice bar.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March 2023. The hotel room was dated, dirty and needed updating, especially the bathroom (see pics). There was no housekeeping which was a surprise and therefore added to the experience. The breakfast was laughable and disappointing, the whole breakfast area was a mess which is down the the clients of the hotel as well as lack of hotel staff keeping things clean and tidy. I walked back out after taking pics and I ended up having breakfast on both mornings at a local cafe with tea and paratha which was delicious. Lastly the hotel was advertised as beach front which it is not, it is close to the beach but the main positive of this hotel is the location, close to the airport, close to the beach with many markets walking distance. I did also eat at the hotel restaurant upon arrival, I ordered Chicken Jal Fry, rice, Dhall, as well as fried chicken, stir fry and other bits which I got to say was actually delicious. Honest opinion is that you can stay at other better hotels for a similar price so I suggest you review all your options before booking to stay here.
