Very reasonably priced hotel, friendly owner and staff, should be a 4 star hotel rather than 3 star in my opinion.

The property was fantastic. The staff were fantastic. Working really hard and provided a great stay at basically the only place open on the mountain. But it didn't feel like anything was lacking. Breakfast was great, dinner was absolutely delicious. Will definitely come back again to try some of the hiking paths in the area.

The best service we have ever had. The small family worked night and day. Just made our journey to northern Italy so much better. Amazing views from the hotel as well.

Very friendly people giving good service. Very clean room with a beautiful view on the balcony. There is a choice of excellent dishes in the evening all from the region chosen by the hotel, also not that expensive.

A stopover between Milan and Lake Como, a nice surprise! Well located, it is an admirable family establishment. We didn't really want to leave. The atmosphere is very warm and professional. Everything is perfect and the breakfast is excellent. We had dinner there! Everything is quality and what a welcome! We will keep very fond memories of it…..

I stayed at the hotel with my partner in recent days. In addition to the spectacular location both in terms of position and panorama offered to the view, the welcome at the facility by the hotel staff was like arriving at a relatives' house. Wonderful experience that I will certainly repeat

Fixed stop in the valley to taste the best casoncelli with pancetta ever eaten. Good prices (first courses €11/desserts €5/6) with a choice of local and good wines. Excellent service. Also hotel and in addition to a convenient parking nearby it has a small slide with train for children

Excellent cleanliness of the rooms. Availability and friendliness of the staff. Excellent food for quality and price. Typical homemade Bergamo specialties, accompanied by your choice of local wines. Family atmosphere with a view of the mountains and horses from the room. Parking included in the price and presence of some park rides for the little ones. Highly recommended

Hotel with fairly comfortable, clean rooms and an average restaurant. Courtesy of the staff, but unfortunately it has a very rude owner with no attention to the customer! A real shame, because it would deserve a better review if it weren't for this sore point!

I tried to cancel the reservation due to a problem that arose at work and therefore I could not travel on Sunday the 28th at 12 noon and they did not respond to me, they told me to call booking and I had made the reservation for ** *****, I called again during the day and they did not answer, I wrote through the site's chat and they answered me on Monday after noon saying that they would not refund me even half of the money because supposedly they had not contacted me with them and they had waited for me on May 27 until 2 am, they did not refund me even half of what I paid in advance when the clause said that if I canceled the reservation they would charge me one day plus surcharges, I offered to be charged on that day I spent half the stay so as not to lose all the money and even then they didn't want to and they didn't answer me again or explain why that decision had been made, very bad attention and service, I felt cheated.
