We had an enjoyable stay. Location and service was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect view of the cathedral from the club lounge. Highly recommended.

Great hotel for out stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic Being on the other side of the river although required a walk but also gave us a nice night view of the city from a distance

Stayed as a couple at Club King Double room for 5 nights during the Amphi Festival. Pros: - Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything while not within the Old Town which is way too touristy. Five-minute walk from the train that takes you straight to the airport. - Room 99% soundproof, very private and peaceful (stayed at the Club floor, 6/6). - Amazing bed. - Full-size working desk in the room. - Daytime service very professional, helpful, and friendly. - The Club Floor lounge has it's own very good breakfast buffet (included with the Club rooms at no extra cost - apart from the higher cost of the Club room itself - so you might skip paying extra for the regular breakfast at the restaurant). Also daytime tea with cake and an evening snack are served as well. The snack could become your legitimate dinner if you need it, as there are hot options and appetizers. Amazing view of the cathedral from the Lounge. - The food was amazing. Cons: - The night shift staff is not at the same level as the day shift, so try to resolve your matters during the day. - Some visible wear and tear in the room (not important to me, but might bother some who expect everything to be 100% at this price point). Overall: - Highly recommend, would stay again.

Location and front office were great. Rooms ok, stayed in Hyatts around the world, Cologne was nice but nothing extraordinary.

It was a bit old, and the room was cold, but it was a nice hotel. Great location and view. Excellent and fast room service.

I booked a room with the best view, but was given a very speechless room. I had to change it with my luggage! The front desk had a bad attitude, the room was old, the bed was very soft, and it was uncomfortable to sleep. Maybe foreigners like it, but Chinese people definitely don't like it! Bad stay experience!

A very good hotel, located next to the Rhine River, looking at the Cologne Cathedral across the river, with good service and quality accommodation. I stayed in the executive room this time and found it to be a great value. I recommend it to travelers going to Cologne.

A very good five-star hotel in Cologne, just opposite the cathedral, you can walk there. It is recommended to book a room with club privileges, you can enjoy free breakfast, afternoon tea and executive lounge.

Very satisfied, the price is like a bargain. It's the first time I've stayed in such a comfortable place after so many years of going to the Cologne Fair. I can really see the chain bridge and the cathedral from the window.
