Location and front office were great. Rooms ok, stayed in Hyatts around the world, Cologne was nice but nothing extraordinary.

It was a bit old, and the room was cold, but it was a nice hotel. Great location and view. Excellent and fast room service.

The breakfast is expensive 36 euro

A very good five-star hotel in Cologne, just opposite the cathedral, you can walk there. It is recommended to book a room with club privileges, you can enjoy free breakfast, afternoon tea and executive lounge.

Very satisfied, the price is like a bargain. It's the first time I've stayed in such a comfortable place after so many years of going to the Cologne Fair. I can really see the chain bridge and the cathedral from the window.

The location is very good, you can see the Cologne Cathedral and the Chain Bridge from the door, and it also has the best photo angle! The room is very clean and the bathroom is big. I like it very much. There are many guests and people come and go every day. It is convenient to call a taxi and it usually takes 1-2 minutes! There is no food or convenience store nearby, so you have to cross the chain bridge to get to the other side!

The best hotel in Germany. The western restaurant on the second floor is especially amazing. You need to make reservations in advance at night. The details of the service are great. The hotel is the official designated accommodation hotel for the European Cup. I was lucky enough to see the England and Belgium players.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is good, just across the river from Cologne Cathedral. The rooms are very spacious. I stayed in a river view room and the view was superb. The breakfast has many varieties and is delicious.

The hotel is in a great location and has a great view! Beautiful environment, convenient transportation, facing the Rhine River, and Cologne Cathedral is always in sight. The staff is friendly and the room is clean and tidy, suitable for tourists and business people

Because it is opposite the cathedral, you can see the whole picture. It's exciting to cross a bridge full of keys and loom over the towering cathedral.

No matter which city you go to, HYATT is a brand you can trust and make a reservation with. However, Cologne HYATT is not the HYATT I have experienced. From the first reception staff I met on the first day of the imm fair to the breakfast service that was delayed by an hour and a half. I don't know what social problems Cologne has. However, HYATT shouldn’t have done that.
