This hotel is very dirty! Dirty linen, dirty floors, smells so bad. And *******! Cautions!! Towels full of dirty spots, normal pillow is white but this u have Greyish pillow and blankets. 12.00 am someone knocked at the window and so on.. trapped by cheap price 😩

Review: 3.5/5 My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.

There is no water heater to make hot drinks available. There is no wifi connection even though there is a wifi logo and the password is given. Front desk staff friendly, Parking staff are also friendly and helpful. Parking is available for guests. Room cleanliness is not very satisfactory

Overall the service was good but the WiFi was very bad, in the rooms, difficult to get wifi connection

Everything is good... it's just that the hot water isn't hot at all... please pay attention, especially since it's the rainy season.

I am speechless. Look at the pictures. There is hair all over the room. Toothpaste residue everywhere. The smell of urine in the bathroom. Beds, pillows and covers dirty with bodily fluids. A slap in the face for every tourist who has to lie down here. We complained and made sure we got clean beds. The service staff are stupid as bread, have no interest in their job but look at their cell phones non-stop. Elevator broken. Dirty seating in the hallway. Unsympathetic staff. Don't book if you value cleanliness and don't want to lie on other people's skin. Unfortunately, this was our experience 98% of the time in Indonesia. Everyone said that the laundry couldn't get the stains out. Come on. Who are you kidding??

Actually the room is clean, the place is close to everywhere, it's just a shame that the TV doesn't turn on, just a piece of towel that was torn was given to the hotel guest 😑
