My wife and I stopped here while on vacation. We have nothing to complain about. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on site that can compete with any restaurant around. There is also a well stocked bar/lounge. The hotel itself is very pretty and nicely laid out. It has a nice indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub, plus an outdoor pool that wasn't open yet. Definitely will stay here anytime we're in the area.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. This was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel and the response since we stayed has somehow been even worse. Here is as short of a review as I can possibly write: We arrived in the early evening and went to check in. The desk employee was rude, curt and did not even bother to acknowledge my IHG status for points, or even use that as a sign that I clearly stay in IHG hotels often. Not asking for notoriety just because have to travel a lot, but she was so unfriendly it was awkward. She then told me I had two rooms booked and I told her that was incorrect. I then showed her proof of that on my phone on the app. she said she would take care of it once the system stopped having a ”java issue”. I didn't think anything of it and we went to our one room with two queen beds. The room did not smell clean and one of the first things we noticed was there was no hand soap in the dispenser. I went down to ask for some as it was probably just an oversight from housekeeping and was told ”There are no housekeepers here tonight and the room is locked.” so I asked her what we were supposed to do to wash our hands after using the restroom and she shrugged. I then asked a second employee, a larger guy, who at least went and looked in the office, but said all he had in the office was lotion. I asked how that was supposed to help me and he said ”sorry for your inconvenience.” We then heard voices and people walking in the hallway all night and woke up to find the single worst breakfast I have ever seen in an IHG hotel. There was noting stocked, one single apple in the fruit section, the juice machine was broken and a hand written note that it was going to be 10 mins for eggs. So I went to the front desk to ask about soap again and was told ”housekeeping was not in yet and they would have someone bring it up to my room shortly.” An hour later, we left after using body wash to wash hands and no breakfast because it was still empty when we left. On top of that, we were double charged for the room and when I called to talk to a manager about fixing in on 6/11/24 I was told they ”didn't know when the GM would be in” and then was told the next level manager was in a meeting and I would have to call back and speak with them. I let them know that was not acceptable and that instead I would leave my number and they should call me as soon as possible because I had been double charged. I then heard nothing from the call or the review I wrote to the hotel and got a response from ”Annette”, where I felt it fair to give her all of this info so they would have a chance to make this right. Nothing in response. I then called back on 6/17/24 and was again told the manager was ”in a meeting” and I'd have to call back. When I again said that was not acceptable and that I was still waiting for a call back from the last time I had called, they again took my name and number and assured me she would call me that day. No call, no email, st

GGuest UserThe deskclerk on check in was wonderful, the night one was horrible, rude, and straight out needs to be removed! We traveled all day, I am handicapped and was hurting so went done to lobby to find snack so could take pain pill. Breakfast was added to our room fee so took banana and received lecture made to show card and room number and advised I couldn’t come back in hour when opened breakfast as she wasn’t going to refill the food since I couldn’t wait even though I already explained issue to her. I don’t know how hard it is to replace 1 banana. She continued her tyrant as I waited for elevator and almost wished I would have skipped the banana and threw up all over her lobby instead! This was so uncalled for especially when price of room was over 150.00. Being ill didn’t shower or use anything but toilet and one damn banana!
While packing checked under bed and beside night stand for items I may have dropped and found gobs of food, pizza, & popcorn! Also boxes and other trash (not small items either which really causes me to question how cleaning is done!)
The facility appeared well kept and clean but was later obvious that was just superficial.
Bed was not horrible but not comfortable either. Shower faucets dripped all night DRIP DRIP DRIP otherwise quiet and comfortable.
Also important to note the breakfast I was charged for and denied other than a banana was pre-made heat and go gas station type stuff therefore clearly easy to see why she was so stressed about replacing one banana! Had planned to stay again 1522 Tallahassee Highway, Bainbridge, GA 39819, Georgia, United

Wonderful Stay! This will absolutely be our go to when we come visit our family in Clarksville. The receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. The room was superbly clean and the breakfast was great. We really appreciated the upbeat attitude and friendliness of the attendant working in the breakfast area as well. THANK YOU FOR BEING PET FRIENDLY! Excellent experience!
GGuest UserIf I could give this hotel no stars I would. I highly recommend you look elsewhere, this place is just plain nasty. Below is my story. On March 28, 2023 my husband and I, traveling cross country stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Clarksville. I want you to know it was not a pleasant nor comforting experience. After a long day on the road all we wanted was a quiet clean room, with a comfortable bed and good shower. We had made reservations ahead so did not see the property prior to our arrival, and I did not check the reviews. Saying it was worn but clean would have been a complement. Had I seen the property in person prior to making the nonrefundable reservations I would have never checked in. The room door was open, the door ajar and unlocked when we arrived. The TV and radio blaring. Paint was peeling in the tub- no literally the tub was painted and was peeling, not just a little a peel of paint mind you it was over 18 inches wide, how can one even begin to clean such a surface? The mini fridge was frozen with a thick coat of ice in the back, the room had an unpleasant odor even though the a/c was on and cranked on high albeit it was cold outside, when we put on the heat, the odor was even worse. The carpet had not been vacuumed to any extent and had hair and stuff on it, the floors in the bath were dirty, the furniture shabby and full of greasy fingerprints and remnants of presumably old food or worse. There was dirty dust in the corners and on some surfaces. The bathroom sink and counter were not clean, I had to go the car to get sanitizing wipes so I could wipe things down to use them. The front desk staff, though very kind, said the property was filled up and did not have another room to move us to. We were so tired and there was nothing the staff could do so we decided in our exhausted state to just deal with it and went to grab a bite to eat. When we came back from dinner they said the staff said they would bring the issue up to the manager, which in my opinion was of little consolation. On checkout we received $30.00 off of our total room charge that was overinflated for the property. Trust me, this is not a Marriott, the room should have been gratis at that point, whoever heard that it is okay to ever rent out/charge a consumer for a room in that condition. To management. Look, you may think you are doing a great job but you are not. You are driving customers away. The property needs repair, and a good cleaning. The housekeeping needs a talk and they need training about basic cleaning, sanitation and standards for taking rooms out of commission when they need repair. I have been a Marriott member for many years and have stayed at many hotels, I have NEVER experienced an encounter like this one which was Absolutely Horrible. I will NEVER stay at a Fairfield Inn again. Consumer beware.
