The Bryant Park Hotel is hands down my favorite place to stay whenever I visit NYC. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and every room I’ve experienced has been fantastic. The unbeatable location is a huge plus, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional front desk staff. Jo, in particular, is an absolute gem! She has a way of making you feel like an old friend from the moment you arrive to departure. Her warmth and attention to detail truly go above and beyond, making each stay feel special. My boyfriend and I have stayed at the Soho Grand many times throughout the last year, for both business and personal trips. One of the best parts of our trip each time is the experience we received at checkin with Barrington- this is going all the back prior to May. We were coming up to New York weekly for work and Barrington made our weekly experience amazing. There were several Sundays I was not looking forward to traveling back to New York again, but once we arrived to his welcome and greeting, it genuinely made our day better. We looked forward to seeing him every week - he was nothing but delightful! Fast forward to today - my boyfriend is in New York alone, I am traveling in a different city for work, and I wanted to send him something special when her arrived back to his room tonight.
