It is a hotel-style apartment, a two-bedroom, two-bedroom layout, a great room. The balcony overlooks the sea. The room is fully equipped with a kitchen and is suitable for staying for a few more days. Parking is not cheap, it is a doorman valet parking
I like this hotel. I always try to stay here while in homestead. Its super clean. Beds are comfortable. Everything works!. I just touch things up with a can of lysol and I'm good ! Also, quiet. You really don't hear noise from the outside...😁
The hotel mattress is very comfortable and is customized by serta for the hotel. You can buy things at the target supermarket on foot. It is recommended to try the number one nearby Shiver's BBQ. It’s also very good to have a restaurant in a nearby Mexican gathering area called La Cruzada. We play back late every day so we go back to the hotel to eat.

Check-in was easy. The room was clean. Overall everything was nice, the only improvement would be the water pressure in the shower was very poor. They need to upgrade the shower head. The price was very cheap and the rooms were quiet and the parking was right outside the door. I would stay here again, it was a good deal. Very close drive to the Keys, took about 25 minutes to get to John Pennekamp park.
Nothing great about this place. Was skeptical about booking a Super 8 but seeing it had good reviews, I booked here for 2 nights to wait out a cancelled flight. Paula at the front desk was very friendly and caring. Room is decent but there were lots of tiny bugs walking around mostly the sink area. Hotel grounds aren't that great and pool area kinds stinks. Breakfast was OK but nothing too great. I'll pay the extra $20 to stay somewhere else next time. I don't see how anyone is giving 5 stars here.

Front desk Stephanie did the best she could… The air conditioner in our room was blowing barely-cool air. When we commented to the front desk, it was suggested we wait an hour for the room to cool down as the air conditioner was off when we entered the room. After that hour it was no better, and the 101 f temp outside made it an obvious choice: get a new room or leave altogether. We asked for a new room but there were no other smoke-free rooms. This is where Stephanie really shined. She offered to examine the other smoking rooms to see if there was any offensive smoke odor lingering before she was going to let us move. Before checking those rooms, she stopped in our room and confirmed the AC was not functioning at all. Rather than go through the rigmarole of moving us into a smoky room, she agreed to let us cancel the reservation and leave the hotel altogether. She returned the $50 cash deposit we left for incidentals and was very apologetic. She could not have been more concerned with our satisfaction. Stephanie really delivered with letting us out of the reservation. Here’s hoping Expedia will refund the money we spent. About the room: It was very spartan. There was no fridge or microwave oven, no bucket to put ice into but the icemaker was close by to room 108. If I read the room, it would only get one star. But Stephanie triple the score up to three stars based on her customer service commitment.
The hotel is strategically located, the next high speed is very fast, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient for shopping. The room is spacious and comfortable. When you are tired, you can take a comfortable hot bath, and then sleep well. The hair dryer is also OK. For girls, it is more important to blow fluffy and soft hair than makeup.

GGuest UserCompendium: Customer oriented staff. Simple and comfortable rooms. Decent amenities. Well maintained. Very short distance to shopping sites. “So, why would you stay all the way out in Homestead, which is sort of like in the middle of nowhere?” That’s what a friend asked me after a few stays at this hotel at the tip of Florida. I informed the individual that this TownePlace was definitely a hidden gem in my eyes. It is definitely a distance from the major cities like Miami, Doral and FLL but it is still a great choice for many reasons. If you are fond of shopping then there is a shopping plaza ~ 5 minutes driving distance, with off-price retail stores like Ross, Marshalls, and TJ Max, and brands like Old Navy, Kohls and the must try ‘Its Fashion’ for fashionista females who might love trendy or urban clothing(I found myself wanting to either pick out some items for friends or just bring them and watch them find multiple beautiful items at a great price.) There isn’t much of a view but there is a Wendys in walking distance, and you can make a quick dash to Publix or Mcdonalds across the street. The front desk staff to the housekeeping and maintenance workers are always friendly, personable, and some staff like Sasha and Maria - definitely my favorite front desk staff and housekeeper, respectively - will always ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need during your stay. Maria would often ask if there is anything I need without being prompted or asked. Their personalities and work ethic are both awesome and perfect for their positions. The hotel also seems to uphold safety and privacy standards rather well as I’ve always observed them asking for identification in a polite manner. Even Jesus, one of the maintenance workers whom I constantly ran into, was very friendly and would greet me with a “hey” and smile even when I wasn’t aware he was nearby. But if you arrive at night you will possibly be greeted by Emory and Elias who are also very likable and amiable. As I’ve stayed at this location a few times, I can say that the rooms are well maintained for a hotel built in 2016. Maintenance ensures the hotel is well kept and preserved. The rooms are simple with no bells and whistles but you’ll feel relaxed and comfortable. The TVs are a decent size, maybe 47', and there is the basic selection of channels . They do come with a full kitchen setup. Utensils are provided. The showers have always felt clean and hot water is always available. The gym is a decent size(maybe borderline spacious) with an adequate selection of equipment. I once grilled at 2am in the morning and was even able to get an oven mitt upon request. The hotel does offer complimentary breakfast and it is a decent selection. There is often yogurt, milk, Belgian waffles, cereal, and veggie frittatas. The breakfast staff is very friendly so if you do not see something you like do not hesitate to ask, as I’ve seen about two people ask for something specific and the kitchen
YyexiaoyuGoing to Keywest, the Everglades live in Homestead. It is very suitable for traffic. There are many choices for eating around. There are also outlets, and it takes half an hour and forty minutes to drive to Miami. I have lived in many American Hampton Inns before, and it has been very reliable, and this one is one of the best in the Homestead. The rooms are large, the bedding is comfortable, the service is good and the facilities are complete. The downside is that the breakfast variety is a little less, and that day is the same as the number of guests, waffle this has to queue for a long time. Generally recommended.
Very clean and updated. Didn't use any ammenedies tho. What I didn't appreciate was the fact that I tried to cancel for family reasons 2 days before and it wouldn't allow me too and the Inn didn't contact me or honor my request. Luckily I was able to make it. The Inn has a nightly fee of $10 for vehicle. Don't know why. The parking area is huge and no parking permit is given either. So know one knows if your there staying in the Inn or not. Also no waffles or pancakes for breakfast either. 2 types of bagels. Scrambled eggs, turkey and regular sausage. Wheat bread for toast. Not sure if there was white. Don't remember. If they were to offer pancakes, I hope they dont get the rubbery automated pancake machine. Old school pancakes and waffles will be just fine. I recommend this place. Aw, word to the wise. The mosquitoes will tear you up as soon as you get in and out of your vehicle there. Don't know why. And I live in Broward so I know mosquitos. Lol. Repellent is a must. 6 bites within 10 seconds.
