Rooms were clean and comfortable as was the bed. The hotel itself appeared to be run down and lacking self-worth. Shower faucet was very difficult to shut-off as it appeared to be broken or damaged. The in-room thermostat did not work even in the off position. There were no ice machines withing the hotel either. Breakfast was the most amazing part. They offered a much more diverse selection than the normal places. If I HAD to go back I would mainly due the restaurants in the area and the beds being comfortable, but not my 1st choice.
Stayed overnight. Room was clean and spacious. WiFi worked well. There is plenty of free parking outside. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel but I did not visit. Paid breakfast was offered and it was good. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is showing a bit of its age and will look much better if they remove the carpets especially in the hallways. I would stay again.

Booked and paid through my choice membership a week in advance. On the day of checkin called the front desk for two hours early checkin, as demanded by front desk (a male person) I agree to pay $40 extra for early checkin. Drove for 90 minutes to reach hotel, waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The front desk lady (an Indian lady) started attending phone calls and took like 20mins to attend & talk to us. The Indian lady (attached her photo) at the front desk is completely disrespectful & rude. She told Hotel will allow checkin only after 3:00 PM, inspite of showing her the call history and earlier discussion over the phone, she bluntly denied anyone calling the front desk or any male person answering the calls. Inspite of agreeing for extra charge & earlier discussion, We requested to allow two early checkin as we are already in the city/hotel, but the lady was VERY unprofessional, rudely denied the checkin & gave free suggestion to go around the city until 3:00 PM. ARE YOU SERIOUS...!! As we already paid, we went out & came back at 3:00 PM. Now male front desk guy (can be seen in picture took 45 minutes to checkin. Even he was rude to us & other guests. Posting the pictures and videos of the person talking to the guests. He open the room with his master key & two hours late gave us the key as the lock system was not working. Rooms Don't, and I mean DONT book here. Nothing works! The disgusting smell in the rooms and hallway. The elevator is broken, our room lock was broken off, the shower wouldn’t turn on, the power outlets on either bedside table lamps didn’t worked. All the outlets in the room were broken or loose, charges fell right out when you plugged them in. Room service Will not get room service while you're staying at the hotel, no fresh towels, no cleaning, no bedsheets change during your extra days stay. No breakfast on offer. there was no continental breakfast. No coffee or anything in the Lobby. Staff is rude and intrusive. They knock on our door an hour before check out and reminded checkout time to make sure we check by 11:00 AM. I wouldn’t expect this from a hotel which claims as a 3-star hotel and charge $90 per night. I wouldn't recommend staying there for any type of event, for family vacation or business. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Horrible staff, VERY unprofessional.
Steven and Annestasia at he front desk are amazing!! The rooms are super clean, very modern and so may amenities! The hallways and common areas were also incredibly well maintained. EAT ALL YOUR MEALS HERE!! Manal, Edel, Shanequia & Sara - look for them!! TOP NOTCH!!! I ended up having over 8 meals at the Delta and I still have another night and morning!! LOL Great price points, quality food, perfect temps, the taste was fabulous!! I have had eggs, waffles, burgers, sandwiches, salads, shrimp scampi, I mean all over the menu and not once was I disappointed!! My absolute favorite was the grilled cheese and tomato soup, it just hit perfect on that snowy day The shrimp scampi pappardelle was also a TOP of my stay. And that toffee dessert with the vanilla gelato...I ate that more times than I would like to admit. So kudos to the Chef and his team. If you have a group who needs to host an event contact Karen and Adriana. They have a great layout for everything from wedding ceremonies to breakouts for your company to cocktail parties and holiday events! I never expected much on my ”business trip” and the staff there not only exceeded the expectation but went above and beyond what some vacation resorts have offered!! I don't know if it's because I worked at a hotel for over 10 years and know the struggles of finding great staff or that I have traveled in and out of the country to many locations and VERY FEW had the same quality staff as the Delta. It may have been their pleasure serving me as everyone has told me this week but the pleasure was TRULY ALL MINE!!!
Our ”confirmed” and ”guaranteed” ADA room with two queen beds and a roll-in shower was not ready for our Sunday arrival shortly after the 4:00 pm check-in time. We waited in the lobby. The first room readied had a tub, not a roll-in shower. We had to change rooms. The second room offered had one king bed instead of two queens -- $20 per night upcharge not mentioned until emailed charges/receipt two days later. The room was hot on entry. We were not comfortable until an hour and a half after arrival. Second-worst check-in in over four decades of regular travel. My breakfast included good coffee, nice scrambled eggs, way-overcooked ”vegetarian sausage” (the only bacon/sausage offering), way-past-prime honeydew melon, and a chilly blueberry muffin. The sausage and melon went into the trash. My wife's bagel went untoasted because of the long wait for the toaster. Her melon also went into the trash. And she said her unfinished orange juice tasted ”off”. We did not stay for our next day's breakfast. The facility is very nice and our suite was well-designed and clean, but our check-in, billing, and breakfast experiences mean that we can't recommend staying here.
As many others have stated the appearance of the hotel is dated. That didn’t bother me too much but some of the appliances in the room were affected from not being updated. Mainly the bathroom—I was only able to get lukewarm water when trying to take a shower. The water also came out brownish from the shower for the first minute or so which was definitely unpleasant. Outside of that the room was spacious and clean when I got in. There was a lounge chair and desk if you needed to get any work done which I appreciated. I did wish there was some kind of information book in the room to tell you about the amenities of the hotel. I wanted to order from the restaurant but had to go down to the front desk to ask for a menu. I was told there were no printed menus and I could only look at the posted menu on the wall in front of the restaurant. Which is fine but it would have been nice not to have to come down to the lobby and then go back up to my room to order just to come back down to pick up the food. Note that though the website advertises room service there is not actually room service at the hotel. You are able to call down and pick up the food to go, though. Seasonz was by far the best part of the hotel! My dinner and desert was delicious and I would definitely order from there again if I was in the area. Lastly it was pretty hard to sleep because of the noise level in the hotel. It seemed pretty empty when I checked in but someone was slamming the door to the stairwell several times in the middle of the night. My room was next to the stairwell so I could clearly hear it while trying to sleep. Though I know a hotel cannot always control noise it was another thing that added to my poor experience.
The staff was super friendly and personable, but the hotel was gross. Very dirty room;stains and torn carpet, blood on bathroom door, stains on walls and ceilings, furniture with holes/stains, fridge with missing parts, dirty dishes in dishwasher, broken hair dryer, called front desk immediately and sent person up who wiped off the door with a wet napkin. It was blood!!!Dirty napkins, garbage bag on floor, candy smashed into the carpet. The housekeeping supervisor was appalled at the condition. Blamed it on the maids not understanding English. Breakfast was never ready on time nor was the coffee so we couldn’t reap the benefits of having a free breakfast in the morning. Kids were running around the hotel banging on doors, tossing trash into the elevators, and nothing was done to stop them. We called and complained because it sounded like they were bowling above us the entire time. They should have called security or the police. Multiple people in our group called to complain. We couldn’t sleep. And to top it off, a fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate Monday morning. To pay 1,300 for three nights was a joke. Marriott should be embarrassed by this property.
I came on a business holiday here and these are my humble thoughts. I must start with staff and hospitality. I was checked in and checked out by Chrystal. She was kind, helpful and very well spoken. The manager - Jasbir was actually a very informative person. He took care of any extra concerns with my stay and always helped with business enquiries. So I'm sending a shout-out to the staff members especially Chrystal, Sheri, Jasbir and Juan The hotel itself was wonderful it was quiet, the rooms were clean and I was given dishware and cookware for the kitchenette in my room. The room service staff clean the rooms well which was awesome. The area itself feels safe since it's in an industrial area. And I got a GREAT rate for my long term stay of over 1 month. Nevertheless, it's fair to say that I will actually be interested in staying here again. It's affordable and a lot of value for money. There is free breakfast, toiletries and kitchen amenities; YES! I've seen a lot of families come to the hotel because they moving, seen a lot of essential workers like construction workers and it overall is a friendly area with lots of friendly people. The only bad thing is that the halls sometimes smell of **** or animal urine. I was told that the smokers do smoke **** sometimes and we can't really control what people smoke outside the premises. The hotel is a smoke free one, but pets are allowed. I think some guests let their pets do whatever they want for some reason. But then it's expected that some people are going to be inconsiderate. That's all for my review. Hope it helps all. Much love, From London
I was visiting family locally and decided on this location since it's reasonably priced and easy to access. I'm happy I made the right choice for the 3 days I stayed. The service from check-in to check-out was probably one of the best I have had in a very long time. The general manager was very attentive and ensured that the accommodations were to my liking. I was treated with nothing less than professionalism from all staff levels. The room was tidy, well-arranged, and cozy. I slept without any disturbance. The ongoing renovations were imperceptible. The breakfast was made fresh every morning, with typical breakfast fare of fruits, bagels, fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. The lobby area was clean and modern. This location exceeds expectations in service and customer commitment. I will definitely return.
