The room is very big, 2 minutes' walk from the shopping mall. It's very convenient to go shopping. I often buy too many things, so I go back to the hotel to put them away before I come out. The waffles for breakfast are amazing, I recommend everyone to try them!

Everything was great. Only one thing. I Was not crazy about the lobby doors not needing a key to get in during the night. Anyone can just walk into the building. Which I thought was dangerous especially because there is no one in the lobby working after 11 pm.

Hallways smell like sweat and the room like wet dogs. Carpet in the room & shower was gross, overall way overpriced hotel. I DO NOT recommend for anyone with kids nor vacation stay. Pls look for other hotels

I was allowed early check in, something I appreciated. The only down side was the TV channel line-up and the struggles with the remote. Too many steps to take just to change the channel. The room was comfortable and spacious. I had a double bed room.

Brand new hotel. Room was not big but comfortable, good bed, black out curtains and shower with glass doors! Nice microwave and coffee maker. Downsizing: no in-room safe! Ants all over the room ( on ground floor). Choose higher rooms!

Very friendly staff that make you feel comfortable. Breakfast is offered every morning which is helpful if you have an early start. The rooms will benefit small families as they have a refrigerator and kitchen for you to store your food on a weeklong holiday.

GGuest UserEven if you're not a big Buffett fan, it's hard not to love the fun, relaxing vibe of this resort! This was my second year in a row visiting, and already looking forward to a return trip. Highlights: -- The staff is outstanding! Everyone I interacted with seemed like their goal was to make your vacation -- Love the choice of three pools on site, each with their own pool bar/food options. Pool service was great! And if you get tired of the pool, the beach is just a few steps away, across the Broadwalk. -- Love the nightly music and the band shell! -- Great restaurant selections on site! You'd never have to leave the resort! If you do want to, the location is great! Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. So many great choices. In the two times I have been to Margaritaville, I have never had to rent a car. -- The rooms are great! Most of them on the front side of the building have great views of the beach and water. Two comfy adirondack chairs on the balcony to sit and watch the beach, ocean and Broadwalk. The only negative this trip was the weather. I was there during Ian, and the weather was dicey (to say the least). For two days, the pools were closed, as were a couple of the restaurants. I felt like the resort's staff and management did a great job of communicating storm updates, closures and safety precautions. I felt very safe. I hope to return again next year!

MMake Your Dreams Come TrueHotel is luxurious and representable but if you are going to park in the parking lot, just know your going to need to use your room card to get in and out of the parking lot. There will be a possibility that the card won’t work like it happened to me. We gave numerous of walks back and forth to get our parking ticket stamped in order to come out of the parking lot. Also in the room you would need to keep you card in a slot to keep the bathroom and hallway light on. In order to use the elevator you need to swipe your room key card as well. Unfortunately, this was only a 1 night at this hotel. And we had more headaches than any other we had stayed before. Hotel is nice and all but all the tech and going back and forth is not worth it.

GGuest UserI had booked two rooms for 4 days. Upon entering the hotel we checked in and our rooms were clean no complaints there. My complaint is about one of the agents by the name of Robert. Not only was this individual rude but also very racist/prejudice. He caught my attention after my family and I would enter and leave the property without any reaction from him other than him looking at us strongly. Before leaving one morning I told him I had two rooms and I wanted both serviced. He spoke in a manner as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. And our rooms weren’t even serviced! From that moment on I just observed him. Sadly for every Caucasian individual that entered and checked into the property he was so nice and humble greeting them with respect and addressed them as they entered and left the property. For every colored individual his mannerism was certainly not the same at all!!! Apparently this is not the first complaint about this agent I was told. Other than that location was minutes from the beach. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were very kind.

GGuest UserOverall it was only ok. The blinds have missing parts everywhere. Due to that we changed our assigned room, you could have seen us sleeping from outside. The windows are kind of sealed so that you can’t open them. This was a huge problem in the bathroom because of the missing exhaust. The beds are great and you have a lot of space in the room.
The cookware should be changed, the pot and pan have massively scratches and are of poor quality.
There is no in-room housekeeping. You can go to the office and get new towels or toiletries but no in-room housekeeping during our stay of three nights.
I don’t need new towels every day but after beach days the room needs a cleaning. They call themselves a hotel, so a basic cleaning service should be done.
Additional 10$ for parking each day.

GGuest UserWe stayed here before our cruise and returned after our cruise. We changed our tickets from January to March because of Covid, which complicated things, but the staff were super helpful in being sure we were taken care of. Perry, in particular, was so helpful in getting things set up before-hand. On our return from the cruise, we arrived well before our 3 pm check-in and our plane left several hours after check-out the next day. Although they were very busy, they were generous in accommodating us during much of that time. Fritz was so friendly and helpful at the front desk through both of our stays. Jacqueline, too. After providing a later then usual checkout, he also welcomed us to stay in the lobby until it was time to go to the airport and kept our luggage as we went to eat a late lunch at the restaurant nearby. They have pick and drop at the airport, which is fantastic. The airport is close. It was only a 5 minute Uber trip to the cruise port. We had some trouble with the TV in our room and Jacqueline came up to help us out, even though they were busy. The breakfasts were hot and tasty. There was a delicious, reasonably priced German place with a nice atmosphere within easy walking distance--about 1/2 a block away. There were several other restaurants, including fast food across the busy street. My father is in a wheel chair and we had no trouble with him getting around the hotel and to the German restaurant. (The restaurants across the street were a longer walk with him because the street was too busy for the wheel chair, so we needed to walk down to the traffic light. Cutting across the street was super quick.) Our accommodations were fine. All in all a very pleasant experience with a friendly, helpful staff.

But I was wrong Mariah at the front desk is incredible she is very outgoing and she made me feel welcomed. She was by herself at the front desk and she was fast and professional. They need more people like her at the front desk. I definitely will be back to stay for my next business trip! The rooms on the fifth floor was great and a great view. I recommend this hotel.

It’s infested with cockroaches and the woman at the fent desk (black hair heavy set ) is the owner and she’s always extorting money out of people .. online you can book a room for $85 but u go to her in person she’s charging u $130 and if you check in early she wants $30 extra oh and I’m not checking into my room for 2 hours yet , use the toilet and it floods out my room and she charged me $50. But I’m the one who had to sit around HALF OF FHE DAY WIRH PISS WATER ALL OVER MY FLOORS and the maintenance man coming in and out for 3 hours . I should have been compensated for thr 5 hours of Bull**** but of course she ain’t gonna cough uo on no money. Anyways it’s straight and she takes cash

GGuest UserThe only reason why I stayed in this hotel was because every other place was booked on a late Friday night. I booked 2 rooms 411 & 412. I must say that night the lady in the front desk was very pleasant but when we got to the rooms they had a musty smell. We wanted to leave but it was already 9:30pm and with my 2 kids and elderly parents I didn’t want to keep looking. The next morning when we where all about to take showers the tub was filthy!!!!!! water wouldn’t drain from the tub. Therefore we couldn’t take showers for our 18 hour drive we have ahead of us. I went to the front desk to tell them about the situation and the said nothing could be done because I had booked thru a third party. Also, starting at 8-9 am banging in the room woke us up because of “building repairs”. Hotel is in a busy street therefore there’s a lot of noise going on during the night. Don’t even think of preparing coffee because the coffee makers are DIRTY!!! Please Don’t risk it!!!!
