The good: the location is surrounded by eatery and convenience stores, parking is readily available, checking in and out is a breeze, decent sized room with cool air conditioning The bad: the room and bed positioning is a little awkward and felt a bit uncomfortable being in the room, toilet has very basic things without toothbrush sets, without a window and the hotel is very much like a shoplot with partitioned rooms Overall, it was okay to sleep for a night for solo travellers but maybe not for families as the soundproofing is not very good
Nice and clean room, hotel staff is also very nice. Walking distance to Palm Mall. Furniture is clean and nice, toilet also clean. Quite cheap too! Rm50++ for Queen bed size room Downside Bed is a bit short for my height (170cm). There is only channel working on the TV.
Location wise is ok, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, but noisy at night. Luckily we are not light sleepers. Public parking is a bit difficult at night, we had to turn few rounds around the hotel to get a parking lot. The worst part of the room --- dusty! Dusty on bed, on floor, on table... Basically whole room was dusty. I'm doubt when was the last time they did housekeeping for that room before we checked in. I have to use wet tissue to wipe around the room before I put my things on the table. Pillows and duvets were dusty as well. The room seems not cleaned for long time, but floor mat was wet when we enter the room. Toilet tissue almost finish, we have to ask for extra roll from reception.
Hotel is attached to the Palm Mall Seremban, easier for us to find foods at the mall and surrounding also got food stalls too.
Clean and large room. Will here again when coming to Seremban
This hotel is worth the price. Just only rm60.00 for one night u get 3 star hotel. If the price is more than that it is not worth it. So there is nothing that i can complaint about for the price. The cleanliners is very average. The water pressure for shower is very low. The bed is very dirty. But the staff is really good and helping very polite.
The hotel is so nice ! Its definitely worth the price you paying for! Its cheap and not like any budget hotel. But the cleanliness can be improved, nevertheless i still love the environment and the room ! the bathroom also spectacular
This is the first time I stayed at Oyo S2 hotel. On checking in, you will need to put a 50RM deposit and 10RM tourism fee. I will highlight some of the things that I like and some cons that could be improved. Pro: 1.Close to AEON mall and some local restaurants (3-5 mins walk) 2. AC is nice and cold 3. Big room 4. Friendly staff 5. Cleanliness is OK 6. Lift access to level 1 and 2 7. If you are visiting Seremban 2 to see Dr. Kwan, this is the best hotel to stay in cause Kwan medical specialist is 5 mins walk. 8. Complimentary bottle of water and there is a drink dispenser outside at the corridor. Cons: 1. Mattress is comfortable but the base is creaky 2. Bedsheets old, very thin with tiny hole 3. No hair dryer 4. On first night, my friend's towel was dirty so she asked for a new one but it faintly smell of cigarettes. They change the towel daily so after the first night, towels are clean and do not smell 5. It's a wet bathroom meaning there is no separate shower cubicle. It just takes a bit of getting used to.
Very clean and cozy hotel. Chinese owned. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide flippers for the toilet, which is very rare. Will definitely visit again whenever I come to Seremban.

GGuest UserA young Indian guy doing his one-man-show manning the check-in, check-out counter, helpful though with my 5 rooms booking done online. No concierge service, no valet parking, no receptionist or operator to answer the phone when i called in to check on the early check-in request. This hotel is good for sleeping in, not good for staycation because there's nothing here. And our view from the window is facing the chinese cemetary, the rooms on the other side would be facing the main road leading to the Seremban town. The only good thing about this hotel is the ample parking & 5 minute drive to the city centre. Breakfast is not provided with my room, but the coffee house looked like it's not in operation, hardly anybody there, and when there are ppl sitting at the table, don't see any food or drinks. And only ONE lift operating the 4 floors, while there's social distancing stickers on the floor to indicate only 5 ppl per trip. Housekeeping should do some inspection on damage furniture besides just cleaning. One of the damaged rattan chair torn the pants of my relative. (see pic attached)

TTiong Teck KietExcellent location, close to the city, driving to the beach will not be far away, although the hotel room is a little smaller, fortunately the air conditioner is cold enough, the price will not be very expensive, it is a good choice
YYapNeat and spacious. The price is right. Not bad. Although it is not high class, it is a good hotel for business trips. If a family can live here, spend the money saved on food and tourist attractions.
The average price for hotels in Rasah is US$32 on weekdays, and US$33 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
