The hotel is 45 minutes from the airport speedboat. There is no seaplane and there is a Chinese reception. The person in charge is very handsome, very responsible, the room is very good, clean and hygienic. Each room is equipped with a basin that can be used for punching. Preventing the sand from being brought into the room is very intimate and very user-friendly. I have two children in two rooms, and the extra children can have an extra bed. The hotel's service staff are very good, the drinking water supply is sufficient, and a bottle of red wine is also delivered. During the family's birthday, a small birthday cake is also delivered, which is great! The hotel water house is not the kind that I imagined to stick out from the beach. It doesn't feel as romantic as that. But overall is still very satisfied!

Let me start by thanking the people there who were extremely welcoming, happy to help at any time and masters in anticipating your needs before even asking for it. There is a big diversity of activities that you can easily do besides chillin at the beach 🏝: water sport (@ADAM, talk to him ;-) he will teach you things you did not know) - DIVING (@Ashref, so knowledgeable and patient) - snorkling - Tennis ( @Barbara, a world renowned champion and an excellent instructor) - Art ( resin, painting…) - yoga - spa (@Evangeline, she was so perfect .. explaining the Treatment steps and meeting your healing expectation), GYM (@Joevan) and so on … Then, the food is whole story of success .. my god these chefs !! 👏🏼 BRAVO to all of them.. I tried reethi breakfast, tapasake, earth restaurent twice for its Tuna tartare (non forgettable taste), Rah bar lunch (the spaghetti .. thank you my waiter for recommending it it was delicious ) .. anyway .. just go there hungry 🤤 Last but not least, that BAND 🥰😍🥰😍👏🏼👏🏼, That Madonna on stage (Loulou), she is FIRE 🔥.. We went to the resort for our Honeymoon, it was amazing our stay at Coco Bodu Hithi, the island just beautiful and incredibly romantic. We originally booked a Water Villa but upon arrival, we were upgraded to an Escape Water Villa (a lovely surprise). The bed was huge and had the softest sheets imaginable, the view from our bedroom overlooking the ocean was divine, the indoor bathtub was two was amazing and we loved our own private pool. The villa over water is perfect, a few meters snorkeling we found baby sharks, rays, lots of different fishes and turtles. The breakfast is very wide and the service was fabulous, unfortunately in November the weather is not so good, but we had very sunny days. Thanks to all staff for everything. We would recommend this hotel to other families and will definitely stay again when we return to the Maldives.

This was amazing place, even despite coming in October during rainy season. Service was exceptional from the begging- person awaiting us on the airport, speed boat transfer late evening, with nice welcome and service (water/towels/wifi) We arrived late evening, so dinner packages were ready in the room. All Incl package was nice however we missed some food in between breakf-lunch and dinner. Issue is wifi which was not working properly/everywhere. Normally i think its ok as we do not need internet on such vacations, but as we needed to work one day it was hard. Again anyways. Great service. Hospitality of staff in restaurant and bar too. Also reception who gave us a chance of later checkout. It was very convenient as we travelled with 2yrs old toddler. Room was spacious, kept clean every day properly + water bottles delivered daily. Good snorkling trips for free provided daily.

We booked our Holiday through Blue bay Travel, expecting a peaceful, relaxed holiday. it would have been great if all the work wasn't being carried out. This is the complaint I have left with the company and still awaiting a formal reply. I'm not going to let this go. if your off to the island I would suggest you get confirmation regarding all the work being carried out. We are writing regarding your forthcoming holiday to the Maldives We have been notified by the resort that they are constructing a new dive centre towards the centre of the island which is fenced off. Work will take place 6 days a week from 7.30am-5.30pm, noise will be minimal as no heavy machinery is in use. We apologise for any inconvenience. Hi Mark I have forwarded this to our Customer Service team who will be able to clarify for you. The work is very minimal it wouldn't affect your holiday enjoyment but we just obviously need to make you aware of it. We received no response from customer services! This was supposed to be a holiday of a lifetime to the Maldives, tranquil peaceful relaxing. Couldn’t be further from it. Upon reaching this lovely island it was apparent that there was more than a dive centre being constructed in the middle of the island. They were also building a new jetty, and refurbishing a couple of the villas. As we disembarked from the speed boat you could clearly see huge pylons be hammered into the sea bed with a huge digger. Quite clearly mechanical. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. Upon arrival we were checked in and escorted to our villa. Within the first day we requested to be moved as the room 259 was opposite an old concrete pier blocking our view of the sea, not to mention next to the diesel digger. The following day the staff acted upon our request and moved us to our new villa 241 of which we thought was in a lovely position. We visited the Blitz that morning to be greeted with this huge digger at work the noise was horrendous, this went on all day into the evening around 8pm. With bright lights from the digger and the workman shining directly into the bar area. We made our way to the restaurant to be greeted with the loud noise

Stayed two nights (approximately 2.3w RMB) and concluded that it is a low cost hotel. A. The island is not big. There are two restaurants, one Japanese and one chowder. The ingredients are fresh and expensive (based on the per capita consumption of domestic restaurants, the unit is changed from RMB to US dollars, which is the price of his home), but the taste is really average and the whole is salty. There are not many varieties of dishes. B. Transportation on the island: The airport can be reached by speedboat in 35 minutes, roundtrip USD 357 / person, reaching the price of other long distance hotels by water. Annoyingly, when the first day arrived, the hotel actually said that our ticket was shared and we had to wait for the 4 passengers who accompanied us (their flight is expected to arrive in 1.5 hours). After serious negotiations over the phone, he finally arranged to go directly to the island. If you are not fluent in English, you can only be dumb. C. The snorkeling environment is average, especially in the snorkelling area. Many corals are bleached. The snorkeling area is also very small. Even if it enters the live coral area, there are not too many species of fish. It can be regarded as Samsung (Sand House) or Four Star (Water House) snorkeling. Been to the best snorkeling in Ihulu Island. D. For hotels without a reception desk, everything is handled by the butler. The steward is Chinese who speaks Chinese and the service is not one-on-one. Another Chinese couple was also hosted by the housekeeper. The service attitude is very good, although some things will be forgotten, it is probably too busy, there is no big problem in this regard. I still prefer the way to find the front desk. E. The room is really nice, the area is large enough, and the pool bathtub is available. But this is probably the only strong point of this hotel. F. The quality of all service staff is very good. Polite and professional. Summary: Suitable for those who care about the room type, have no high requirements for snorkeling, are relatively wealthy and do not care about the cost-effective tourists. The hotel itself is not bad, the price is too high. . . For tourists who have been to the Maldives many times, this one is really not worth it. I really have more money and burned my head. This is a big insight after my trip.

From start to finish our experience at the Oblu Sangeli was incredible. It was our first time visiting the Maldives and it was everything we could have wished for and more. We stayed in the water villa and it did not disappoint. The room was beautiful and the access to the lagoon was amazing. It was great for snorkelling and had plenty of corals where we saw baby sharks, manta rays and lots of colourful fish! We embarked on the turtle snorkelling trip and saw many turtles which was wonderful! The buffet was great and we appreciated that they changed the dishes every day so you had a variety to choose from. A huge thanks to Chef Rahul who not only made excellent Indian food for us, but also became a good friend and was always so kind to us. Another big thanks to the waiter, Yathrib, who was so friendly and attentive to us and gave excellent service. This really made our experience even better. We also really enjoyed the fine dining experiences included in the Serenity plan. Both restaurants (just grill & just wok) served delicious food and a nice view of the sunset. A highlight for us was the pool as it was right next to the ocean and the view was incredible. We loved the slide leading into the ocean, that was a vey unique touch for the hotel and lots of fun at the pool party too and recommend you throw a pool party a couple times a week as it was great! We really enjoyed the live entertainment in the evenings and especially loved listening to Dee & Jay singing so beautifully! A highlight for us was definitely the excellent service from the staff. From the first day we could see that they were genuinely nice people and took pride in their job. A special shout out to the Sangs bar staff who were always kind and friendly to us. They made our experience better by just being genuinely nice people and their service was excellent! A big thanks to Pradeep and Lahiru who lead the team and always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. A huge thanks to Ibrahim and Madheeh who made us laugh everyday and gave brilliant service. You made our experience even better by just meeting you all. We will definitely return to the hotel in the future as it was the best holiday we've ever had! The Maldives is really paradise on earth! Don't think twice about booking to stay at this hotel because it's perfect!

It’s been 11 days since I came back to write a review. You can only upload 20 pictures, much more than that. There are also many small animals, such as lizards that appear everywhere🦎, manta rays that can be seen on the beach every morning, small crabs🦀️, many hermit crabs... We go snorkeling at Dhawa Ihuru opposite every day, and there are many boats to and from the two islands every day . Most of the staff at Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru are very enthusiastic. Special mention should be made of Jien, the young lady at the front desk, who gave us meticulous care and attention~~ She is a Malaysian who can not only speak Chinese but also write Chinese, so awesome 👍; Khaleel who cleans the house every day is very serious and responsible; the three employees of our fishing trip, Captain Samsaad, Rauf and Faiz crew, helped us bait and teach us how to fish. In the end, we caught 10 fish, and we became The lunch the next day was delicious😋; One day when I was eating in a restaurant, I dropped the 50$ I put in my pocket, and Husham found it. Thank you very much🙏; Rajesh, who has been doing buffet barbecue, is very enthusiastic and has attentive service; needed What I particularly want to point out is that when I asked to extend my stay, Riyaz, who is responsible for the management of the two houses, helped to monitor whether there were vacancies.
