CClimber809036Since I found this hotel a few years ago, I have been taken care of every year with my children ＾＾ If you go to Mizuno Island or the aquarium, you can go to the port near. Also, the veranda of the room has a beautiful sea that is not different from the introduction photo. Since it is a condominium, there is no service like a resort hotel, but the common areas are always clean, and the rooms are clean, probably because the wallpaper is changed regularly. It is an ideal hotel for our family with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The staff are also friendly and polite. It is a short stay, but it is a favorite inn that can always feel like living in Okinawa. About the beach It's a beach with beautiful coral reefs, but the beach in front of you is not a beach, so there are no guards, so it's your own responsibility to swim. In order to enjoy it as safely as possible, in my case, when entering the sea, I always try to enjoy the sea by not leaving two or more people.

JJoyThe location and facilities inside the room are nice, however, the customer service is not ideal. It is normally assumed that after booking a hotel online with a booking confirmation, all necessary information is already on the confirmation letter. However, travelers who stay at this property will still have to actively reach out to the hotel for check-in ID in order to do self-check-in via iPad. It would be great if the hotel could reach out to the traveler before their check-in.
What's even worse is that during the check-in process, we did a face-to-face meeting via iPad, and there was no information provided by the staff that we would need a password to enter the hotel after certain hours. After dinner outside, when we returned to the hotel, we were locked outside the hotel, and luckily, we were able to call the Japanese phone number via the public phone. It would have been a nightmare if there had been no public phone or if no one from the hotel had picked up the phone.

GGuest UserThe white cottages are lined up in a place that is easily visible from the road, so you can arrive without getting lost. Check-in was thorough, so it took a long time, and I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes, but I was warmed by the human touch.
The building I stayed in was in the style of an American house from the Showa era. There was a dining table, couch, and chairs, and the ceilings were high and comfortable. The electrical appliances seemed to be a mix of nostalgic and newer items. There were not many places to plug in electrical outlets. Is this because of the place's aging? The bathroom window wouldn't open, and the lock seemed broken, so as a sensitive city dweller, I was worried about security (it was fine, of course). It was a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights for the first time. For sightseeing in the north, the location was good and the hotel amenities were good, so I wanted to use it at home. The bed was just right hardness, and the sheets were also made of waffle material and the feeling of use was good.
Unfortunately, the weather was not blessed in the day when I visited the Kunisato district because of the abundant nature, so it was a pity that there were no stars. I was sure that if the weather was blessed, I could see a beautiful starry sky. It was said that yanbarquina would appear nearby, but unfortunately I couldn't meet it, but it seems that I was able to hear the cry.
Dinner was a reservation system the day before, but when I asked for it on the day of arrival, it was delicious. Near the hotel, convenience stores and restaurants have to drive for more than 20 minutes even if they are nearby, so it is recommended to make a reservation for meals. However, light meals are prepared by vending machines with a wide variety of cup ramen and sweets, so it seems that you can finish it there. 2The night was at the supermarket before arriving, bought the ground and returned to the hotel.
I would like to take care of you again if I go to the north. Thank you very much.

LAWSON opposite and if you wish, 1.5km away theres a large AEON supermarket easily reached by car. Ample parking below the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Responsive to messages via expedia as I was running late and last check in was 7pm. Took the elevator to the 3rd floor and got in. Spacious room with clean beds with a tatami area with a coffee table there. Fridge, tv, bathtub and electric kettle for making your own drinks. Good view of the harbour area in front of the hotel. Wifi had no issues. Highly recommended! Great price too!

We felt warmly welcomed when we checked in the hotel even though the staff were struggling abit with conversing in English. They were very friendly still and did their best to answer our queries. This is the most spacious hotel room which we had stayed in during our trip. The twin beds felt comfortable and spacious (PS: we are on the petite side). There is a big balcony facing the sea and we could hang out wet laundry to dry on a drying line provided. There were clothes pegs provided which we found inside the wardrobe. There were at least 2 sets of futon which our children slept on. There was a spacious platform next to the wardrobe for setting the futon beds. The breakfast buffet even had a children buffet table; at the children’s height =) with ingredients and sandwich makers for the children and parents to DIY their sandwiches. There are also finger food for the children. The normal buffet spread is mainly Japanese cuisine which we absolutely loved. There is a large green field outside the reception level which had swings made from logs; see-saws; hula loops and more which our children enjoyed a lot. There was a building next to them which has dolphin programs (at your own cost) eg swimming with the dolphins. We were thankful we had the best sleep at this hotel. Definitely a hotel we can return to again and with longer stays.

GGuest UserThe building itself is old, but it is maintained, so there is no problem during your stay. I think the room can be large and slow in a Japanese style room. Above all, when the curtains are opened, it is a great view of the ocean front. The large bath was also the best to be soaked in hot water. Dinner was seasonal BBQ buffet The meat was delicious, and it was possible to make 〆 Okinawa Yaki soba, and the curry was delicious. The dessert seeker jelly was delicious. Above all, 1100 yen is very good for alcohol. I would definitely like to stay at Hamabalu Resort next time I travel to Okinawa.

田田貓旅旅Wood Pecker Nakijin is a lovely place. The hotel rooms was converted from old train compartments which made them so special. It was like staying in a real trailer! Free SPA is provided that adds a plus to it. Moreover, the beach is just behind the hotel, it takes only few minutes to walk there.
One thing I believe Wood Pecker Nakijin needs to improve is the water temperature for shower. It was unstable during my whole stay there.
P.S. Nakijin Castle Ruins is so close to the hotel, it takes only about 10 minutes for driving and within 30 minutes walking distance from Wood Pecker Nakijin. If you stay in Nakijin Village, make sure you go there, It is worth seeing!

Even though it was during the Obon period, the price was cheap, so I decided to use it on a family trip (lol). However, it looked like it had just been renovated, the plumbing was clean, and the room was spacious and clean. (However, the room is cleaned once every 3 days) It's certainly a difficult location, so I think a car is essential. It has good access to the sea near Onna Village (Blue Cave and Cape Manzamo) and the aquarium, making it surprisingly convenient for families with children. As everyone has said, the owner of the inn is friendly and gave us a lot of recommended places. Since I love flowers and take photos everywhere, she gave me a branch of jasmine that was planted in the garden to use as a cutting. Wi-Fi is now available in all rooms.

Nnatumi723I was suddenly able to take a rest, so I went out for a long time diving. There was a blank and I was a little worried, but it was in the middle. I was very sad about the response of the instructor in charge. From the time of the setting of the equipment, I was frustrated with this action that I couldn't smoothly, I was sighed, I was threatening, I was scared and I couldn't move. I didn't think I would be angry like this by paying money. It was an incredible response as a customer service business. No other diving shop has ever taken such a response.
