We stayed at this hotel on our way back home from the South and had booked just minutes before arrival late at night. What a pleasant surprise. The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful and we managed to settle down very quickly in new, very clean, spacious and modern rooms with excellent beds. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and we enjoyed the whole atmosphere in the hotel. When we had just been back on the highway, we realized that we had forgotten four rings in the bathroom, called the reception immediately and they were so kind to check for us and secure the rings. They were sent back to us without any hassle. That is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you again for your help and understanding. I can only recommend this hotel as a haven to relax and enjoy and we will come back on our travels through France.

The only thing disappointing me was that the hotel number provided by Trip.com was incorrect. I nearly missed the checkin time as I couldn’t ring them.
