The hotel is close to Charles de Gaulle Airport, and the hotel industry provides breakfast and needs to be paid an extra 9 euros. The boss is Chinese and very polite. But the waiters are all French, because they should be Arabs.

I was here for one night only. The hotel has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Good rooms, neat and clean. complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. There was not much time to interact with the staff but the staff looked ok.

I found a big Spider in the room. So disappointed with the room and bed ... Television program 📺 Limited ... It can be better done at the cleaning level. The parking place is a sparkling place. Fun and tranquill home ...

Good stay, well soundproofed room, caretaker at the entrance. Very considerate welcome, listening. Spacious room Top all-you-can-eat breakfast / bar in the hotel Downside: restaurant? Far from restaurants other than that of the hotel which was empty last night. I recommend for a family.

The rooms are unfortunately not very clean but these first class ones should not expect luxury! The reception agents are very helpful and attentive to the customer

It's far from the train, but it's good because it's close to the bus. I felt that the room was a little lacking in cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and I had a deep sleep.

Originally booked 2 rooms for 3 people. When we arrived the group on infront were being told that their pre-paid stay did not exist and they were forced to pay for a second time to check in. This was through *********** I had made our booking directly through the parent company. We were then told only 1 room of 2 could accommodate 3 people and that all other 3 people rooms were sold out. The receptionist was insistent that I have booked the second room for 2. However my company letter headed confirmation clearly showed I was correct. The solution? Forced to purchase a third room on the day. It seems that this may well be a strategy to sell empty rooms. The key pad entry system to rooms seems to work by chance. The shared shower and toilets are filthy. You cannot wash your hands in the toilets and have to return to you room to do so. Had check in not take over an hour to resolve and had the receptionist not been as rude and ignorant as she was the perhaps this place would be worth 2 stars but basic plus unhygienic plus poor customer service plus a potential scam mean the lowest score possible. Also the place is surrounded by fences like a prison with security of a night. That can be seen as a positive in one way or on another you ask why such levels are needed.

Decent stay. I arrived at the same time a tour bus arrived and despite being ALL Platinum, had to wait for that group to check in first. (Feedback to management: I believe ALL Gold and above do get precedence - neutral). Pro tip: if you arrive anytime past 7pm by metro RER, forget being able to walk to the hotel. (More on that below). When I did arrive at the check-in desk, the staff were very kind and sympathetic, and I appreciate them offering me an additional beverage from the canteen on top of my welcome beverage which would be served during operational hours at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at the time of my check-in. (Neutral). Room itself is fine, a little bit rundown, but everything works and it is quiet. Check out was also smooth and throughout my stay, staff were kind, friendly and affable. For guests arriving in the evening, it is good to be mindful that the convention center and exposition that provides easy access to the hotel is closed from 7:30 PM onwards. In order to reach the hotel, I walked several kilometers on a busy highway. Total walking time almost 40 minutes. In conclusion, I don’t believe that this is an ideal hotel, unless you have a vehicle for point-to-point transportation. In that respect, I also believe that the price point is a little bit high for what this product is. (-1 point) I would certainly book a different hotel if I was to come back to this area again. Something in proximity to the station and/or services. Plus point: the menu at the Boucherie Restaurant looked delectable.
