The hotel is on a small island. To get to the hotel from the airport, you need to take a taxi to the small pier and transfer to the hotel. The hotel provides a boat to and from the island, which is quite convenient. The hotel does not have a reception desk. You have to get your room key in the lobby. Bottled water is not provided in the room. The facilities are relatively old. Breakfast is very simple. You can pay for eggs and ham. The beach is ok from a distance. There are a variety of paid water activities including children's water activities. The castle has lifeguards and is suitable for family travel. Overall it can only be described as โaverageโ!

I stayed at the hotel for 18 days,last month and some staff are very nice and friendly specially the catering, and cleaners, the overall we pay for our stay is far expensive as it is but the condition is not matching enough with what we pay for as the room has cockroaches going around near the basin area, and in the bedroom, specially night time goes in your bed, I complained so many times with nothing being done, the whole room needs upgrading, they need more washing machines as it was heavy rains throughout the week with only 1/2 machines being used all the time and i ended up going to families place with my loads of washing, even though itโs convenient to Lautoka town, the food is the same every morning but it caters for everyone is trully a blessing as staff there are very supportive, friendly, otherwise the whole Hotel needs a new Face with new maintenance to match with class, and worth for our moneys worth๐๐ฝ

Small and beautiful hotel. The aroma of fresh orchids is everywhere.
Sitting in the jungle, waking up in the morning in the birdsong and seeing the Milky Way at night.

The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the city center and the airport, and the fare is about 20 Fijian dollars. The hotel has a total of about 20 guest rooms. The rooms are large and the facilities are relatively complete. Each room has a whirlpool bathtub. The buffet breakfast is basically a fixed meal, with little change, and the basic elements are all there. The people of Fiji are simple and honest, and the attitude of the service staff is very enthusiastic. The entire hotel area is not very large, there are beaches, swimming pools, and hammocks in the forest. If you want to go rafting, diving, or helicopter, you can make an appointment at the front desk.

Decent resort but dated rooms and amenities. Most of the staff was great but the reception and drop off staff could certainly do better. We felt a lack of welcoming warmth from the start which only got redeemed by the room and service staff later.

The scenery here is beautiful, and itโs great to take photos casually. The service staff are very nice and friendly. They will take the initiative to chat with us. It really feels very simple. My husband and I are not very good in English, and they are also more patient. I think People often comment on the Internet that there are ants and flies in hotels in Fiji, but I think this is normal. The weather here is tropical and there are many trees and jungles. This is normal. I booked this hotel and I think it is very good. The room The restaurant is also very clean. We ordered lunch and dinner a la carte, and there were no surprises. They were both delicious and suited our appetites. Maybe we were lucky and everything we ordered was delicious. We will come again if we have the opportunity.

Service was excellent with welcome drink & allowing us to use the shower in the evening after the check out.
Food in the restaurant was very good.
The room cleanliness could have been better, as we see small insects inside the cabinets and floor was bit dirty.
The property and surroundings are well maintained as show in the attached photo.

Check in was easy but they almost forgot to give us our room key. The whole trip the key didn't work to get in and out of our room so we had to get staff to let us ion every time. They said they upgraded us but when we got there there was only 1 bed. We asked numerous times to get the bed ready but by the 3rd time we asked they eventually did it. Room was fine for what we needed with mini fridge, littler back deck to sit on which was nice and enough space. The bathroom was ok however, we had a shower and the shower head started spinning cold water everywhere but we managed to get over that. The pools were great and to have water slide and nice chairs round the pool made the day go quick as we we hung out there for a few hours. The food was good and having music all day was enjoyable. The check out was easy and courtesy bus worked out really well.so all in all a few issues but nothing major and had everything we required
