Let me put it this way. You would be better off committing a crime, getting arrested and spending night in jail being bummed by some large dude than spending a night at this hellhole. Who needs this amount of bleach to clean the room? What happened here before I got in? Shower had no cold water so either you dont shower or shower by slowly cooking under 10000 degree water. Staying on 3rd floor doeant mean you dont hear people talking and having a good time in the bar on ground floor. Room window doesn't close so its constantly 10 degrees in your room at night. And you hear everything happening in the street below. Want a remote control for your tv? That's €10. And breakfast is a fee slices of salami, bread and some unknown cereal.

After entering the hotel, it makes a very nice impression, the common areas look nice. The rooms are much worse, especially the bathroom. Breakfasts are ok. A large selection of various products, unfortunately the coffee from the coffee machine is not very good. A big advantage is the very close distance to the beach.

Everything about the hotel was good unfortunatley they were in the orocess of renewing the main path in and for the first few days we had to walk over piles of sand and rubble which we hadnt been informed of i have had a stroke so that was a challehge,but that aside the staff were friendly and pleasant ,the hotel was very clean and comfortable ,really big rooms ,2 tvs ,area was great all in all a nice holiday

We would have wanted a common room for our family but found out only at hotel it was not possible (although had understand other from emails). Staff was super nice trying to solve things. Pool was salted which we did not prefer and we found a cockroach in the room which was unpleasant. Halloween program was really nice and there was a nice kids activities on that day. Otherwise not too much to do in hotel itself with kids, with adult relaxation it would suit better. It was nice that in the evening not loud music and we could sleep. Gym was really good with weights and bar to lift. Staff was really nice.

Excellent hotel with excelent service. The hotel is really nice with very friendly stuff also very calmingathmosphere. The music is great duringthe day, they created a good tastenof zen mood. Also small guesturs likeeveryday leaving water , chocolates in the room. Spa is great and every detail is thought o relqx. For kids they leave special package in the room also onXmas day they left a present in the room personalized and we said this is above expectations. it made our daughter very happy. also during nights live music is great. all in all, it is way better service than a lot offive stars we have been with those extra mile guestures.

First time in rui hotel 10/10 I’m a food 🥘 critic and I couldn’t find anything negative about this place /started with reception so friendly and welcoming / the hotel modern and very clean 🧽 the food and service was amazing sharp service and friendly,must say I’ve stayed in many hotels this place was superberb they nailed it the food was hot !!! Which is very important and a great variety of top food !! Everything you could want catered for everyone.ps the cakes were to die for so moist carrot cake ,brownies oh so lovely stayed at so many hotels and the food is bland ; but the Rui hotel food 🥘 definitely the best you will not be disappointed.and honestly say the the staff went out of there way to make your stay the good 10/10;I’ve never given this rating so you can see for yourself great value for money 💰

Breakfast is good, very close to the beach, the room has a terrace lounge chair, and a toiletries and a kettle are provided. The front desk is very nice, for us to explain to the 25th, 15th and 23rd roads in the capital of Parma, and to take the seesight line in the city of Parma. The ticket can be used within 24 hours, and you can get off at any classic. Guide Chinese. But when I checked out, the cleaning staff came to remind us, even slamming the door and knocking out my coat on the ground, it was quite awkward, it might just be 12:10. I haven’t arrived yet to express my dissatisfaction.

I agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. The hotel pool is nice, with indoor and outdoor facilities, but when we went, the weather was still a bit cold, so it was useless. The room was clean, with a balcony, and it was very close to places to eat on foot.
