I have been in this hotel jollie ville luxor it's amazing hotel and all the staff is friendly so much start from reception with nice welcoming and smiley faces.and room is so clean and nice view and restaurants also is so nice and tasty food spiceal the Italian restaurant with a lot of items and all is tasty and of course when you are in hotel near the Nile so have to try the Nile fishing trip in early morning is magice time And also the sunset by birds sound in the special area in hotel it's wow .and at last but not the end would like to say a huge thanks for the entertainment team for a nice performance at night and day during all my stay the are coming to us to ask if we have any problems in our stay and the make us as important guest and I see this always with them they are doing that with all the guests around. One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. It was overall an amazing experience. First, professional staff and very friendly, from reception to restaurant and room service, all was amazing. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything that a guest might need. When faced with a problem they quickly try to solve it. Also they were very trust worthy. I happened to lose my sunglasses and they kept them safe for me to pick them up. The view from the nile side was stunning, I strongly recommend picking a room with that view, it’s totally worth the additional fee. The breakfast was also delicious with variety of choices and so was the dinner. This stay is totally worth 5 stars

This is really a hidden gem in Luxor! It’s on the quiet west bank and near to Valley of king, queen, nobles, artists! The Arabic style room, building and garden meet all my imagination about Tales from 1001 nights! The owner is such a kind lady. She will arrange cars and tours at very reasonable price! They also have the best food and coffee in Luxor! The menu changes every day!! All the staffs are also so kind and helpful! They will have new buildings by end of 2024. If I ever come back to Luxor, I will definitely stay here again and longer! My best memory in Egypt!

We stayed for two nights in a double bedroom: I highly recommend this place! The rooms, the pool, the service, everything was great and we had an amazing time visiting Luxor. They helped us find a driver to visit the Kings valley and Karnak and Luxor temples, and we relaxed by the pool ! If you come to Luxor, this is a very nice place to stay Thanks a lot to the team ! Peaceful place on the bank of the Nile away from the busy areas where you can relax. The grounds and views of the Nile are beautiful. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and happy, especially Ahmed (nephew of the owner) who was lovely to me and my son and really looked after us when we went to have a look around the west bank. The owner and his wife were also lovely and we felt very safe there. You can get food there and they can organise cars and trips. If you like walking, you can walk and get the ferry or one of the many independent boats across to the east bank. Although it is away from the sites of the east bank, it is quiet and peaceful and you will appreciate that at the end of a busy day of sight seeing and haggling. Would definitely return.

I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Ehab, his lovely wife and fantastic staff! I was there for Christmas with a group of 23 friends! Firstly I would like to say that the services was excellent, and what value for money. It best I’ve ever had in a hotel in Egypt, even from some of the 5⭐️hotels I’ve stayed in. Nothing was to much trouble! The rooms were clean and the beds so comfy, everything I needed for my stay. It was a great location for seeing all the local tourist attractions and a short walk to the Nile. I will definitely be back again next year! Thank you Gaddis Hotel

We arrived at midnight for a one night stay and left in the morning to see the temples. Good location. Friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to provide better directions to find the 6th floor as the elevator stops on the 5th, and there was no signage to direct us towards our room. It was confusing and took longer than expected to find where we needed to go even with directions from the front staff.
