Speaking of the shortcomings, this was originally to give a bad review. The price of 999 is the highest hotel in our trip to Gannan. We have the parent-child room. The room is super hot and super stuffy. The windows are not breathable. The trip to Gannan has lived in seven or eight hotels. This is the only hotel that has not slept all night. It was too hot. The front desk gave us three fans and asked us to close the window at night. It was very cold in the middle of the night. We opened the fan for one night. I didn't fall asleep until 4 am. The room was really stuffy. I understand that the hotels in Gannan do not have air conditioning, but they are very cool in other hotels. They need to cover the quilt at night. It is really unhappy to live here! The parent-child room in our next room was also hot in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep. The door was opened until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night and there was a smell of decoration.
Probably a hotel design problem, airtight and stuffy. Hotel hardware and design specifications are very high, it is recommended to install a fresh air system, the second year of opening is like this, continue to affect the reputation of the subsequent hotel.

The lobby is cute and you can have coffee in the little coffee area behind the reception. My husband who took summer jobs when he was growing up in Italy showed the manager how to properly use her fancy coffee machine. ☕️😅 We found breakfast around the corner in a local place but looks like Nirvana next door was serving good western fare.

There is a beautiful view from the sliding window. Opposite is the Zhagana Visitor Center. The location is also very good and easy to park. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that the village road has a relatively steep slope. If there is a traffic jam in front, you need half-slope starting technology.
The boss is a young and handsome ******* man who speaks Mandarin very well and is very nice. When guests arrive, he helps direct parking and carry luggage. We also took them to the large terrace that was being built next to it. There were no wires blocking the terrace, and the scenery was beautiful. It was like a viewing platform, perfect for taking pictures.

There are two bathrooms and the service attitude is not to say. Dining at the hotel, the food is delicious, and later I know that many locals go to eat more. YYouchangbandengI have never stayed in other hotels, so I can only say that the hotel in Langmusi is too expensive and has very low value for money.
Environment: The room is too small, 15 square meters is about the same as a hotel in Hong Kong. I can barely even unpack my luggage. There is no other space for activities except the bed. The location is at a three-way intersection. When you come here, stop at the door to unload your luggage, and then ask the boss to take you to a nearby parking lot to park.
Hygiene: There are electric water heaters and electric blankets. Remember to plug in the electric water heater when you arrive, otherwise it will take more than 45 minutes to wait for it to heat up.
Service: The boss is really enthusiastic, and his supermarket is next door
Because there really aren’t many meals in Gansu that suit the appetites of Cantonese people, I went to the “Black Tent Coffee” diagonally across the street for pasta in the evening. The Wuhan Xiao Long Bao downstairs is a good place to have breakfast.
The location is not far from Langmusi. Here is a tip for you: After buying a ticket, you can drive directly into Langmusi, turn left, drive all the way to the top, and then drive around for a while. There is parking at every point worth visiting. The place. Don't stupidly compete with others for a parking spot at the entrance of the scenic spot, and then pant and climb up the mountain.

RRyland JamesOur stay here was lovely, with kind staff. We are Australian and our check-in was easy. However, please note that the name of the hotel name is “Samphel Dhondup Hotel”, and it is located near the southern corner of 腾志路, Tengzhi Road, near the Monastery Ticket Centre and the river. This was confusing upon arrival.
The heated floors were extremely hot, and not able to be turned off. Our room was a sauna, despite being -4°c outside (we had our window open the whole time). Hopefully this can be fixed. Breakfast was small but we were here during the offseason.

YYuen Mun CheeI stayed for 1 week here. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Had a kettle and hair dryer in room. The lady boss is very helpful. Loads of eateries around. My favourite is goat meat and yoghurt dessert!
