There was a bug in Trip.com's room reservation. The original hotel did not have a room but the reservation was successful for me. It is worthy of recognition that Trip.com's attitude to deal with the problem is timely and refreshing! Speaking of this homestay, the room facilities are still good, Dyson hair dryer, Delong kettle, are very hard, the toilet is ordinary, a little unexpected. In addition, this room is really small enough to be able to nest alone, especially the bathroom, the door is open and there is no way to wash, in fact, when the design is used to choose the sliding door, there may be no problem. In terms of service, the hotel butler is still very intimate. It was already midnight when I checked in, and I was patiently received. I had adjusted the room without breakfast. I didn't say anything to let our family of three enjoy breakfast and warm heart. Overall praise!

The homestay that exceeded expectations actually has a swimming pool. When I arrived, a group of people were filming in the pool. The room has a terrace and it just can be seen. It was a success to bring the children out this summer!

This order is really tossing. The story in front will not be mentioned. If you want to go to Dream Valley, in fact, this location is not suitable. There are a lot of taxi fares back and forth. After all, there is an eight or nine kilometers.
If you go to Yuanming New Park, the location of this hotel is very suitable, about two or three kilometers.
Check-in experience, there are good and bad. The good part, the front desk attitude is really good, and the problem is dealt with in time. The bad part, the breakfast variety is too small, they are sweeping the floor during breakfast, the house cleaning staff is not good enough, the shower gel shampoo is not added in time, the hair in the shower room is not removed, and the sewers are blocked.

The natural environment has nothing to say, it is very biased, the supermarket takeaway starts at 88, basically takes 1 hour, but the takeaway can be sent directly to the room, which is also convenient, plus there are robots to deliver food. If you call a room with more than 4 bottles of free mineral water, you have to collect money! Unheard of! At that time, I accompanied my daughter to the game, but I set the room separately. Occasionally, I will go downstairs to see her. The development waiter is different from the children who come to the game and the service attitude of independent guests like me. I won't say anything else, very good. I had a beautiful view from the balcony and I also photographed the sunrise and the sea of clouds!

Very stylish experience!
The whole layout of the hotel is very Chinese, with the charm of the old house; many of the internal structures are the ontology of the ancient buildings, which are directly dismantled from other places. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright, and the supporting utensils have a certain grade. Biscuits, tea and welcome fruits are all suitable and delicious.
The housekeeper is kind and cute. She helped us carry our luggage when we got off the car. She responded to our doubts about our stay in detail. In the evening, she also took us to visit the hotel facilities and the wooden carving collection downstairs. It was an interesting experience. A set of souvenirs was presented when leaving the store, which is said to be a small tea set and a black tea collected by the boss :)

GGuest UserThis hotel is just amazing, super value for money, the style of the room is really unique, comfortable and give you a feeling of a home. The staff is super nice and doing their best to help. I tried the western breakfast which is bread and coffee as the Chinese one which I personally preferred but their were both really good, left it at our door at the selected time. The video projector in the room is also very good quality and perfect for a night movie in couple. I definitely will comeback to this hotel and recommend it.

CCoracoreycorzThis hotel is just a few meters away from Dongyang Yintai so it’s really easy to find and it’s convenient as the shopping center has a variety of restaurants, cafes and other shops. Their staff members don’t speak English at all but they did provide good service. They even offered us tea when we mentioned there was none in our room. They also helped us reheat our food.
I guess the downside is that it doesn’t really have other amenities like pool or spa but we were just there for one night anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. Considering the location and the service, it’s definitely good value for money.
I’d probably stay here again if I ever come back to Dongyang.
