It is really an amazing hotel . Location is perfect and almost all attractions can be reached on foot . Rooms are clean and beds are so soft. You also can find some toiletries (that is actually good because some hotels don’t have it ) .Breakfast was so delicious, and actually quite big choice of different dishes. In the evening you actually don’t need to look for some restaurant or the bar because you can already find it on the first floor of hotel ( but if course it’s quite in room so no worries). Definitely will return to this hotel .

One little point was the lamp for the mirror at the washing box, which was hanging too low. (Dysfunction make up when the lamp is hanging before your face) And another missing was a lack of clothing box, so it was more difficult if you sleep for more than one or two days.
The bed was beautiful, the shower was good, the kitchen was well equipped for coffee and tea.
The location was perfect, walking distance from the Great Market and a good food options nearby!

Amazing location, just 40min from the airport via a train and two tram stops. And then you are just a short walk from all the key attractions. Cannot recommend enough. The only downside is the wifi can be temperamental.
It was a wonderful stay at Le Louise Hotel Brussels - MGallery. The location is quite convenient for sightseeing around the old city area. Everything was within walking distance so I could enjoy my stay in Brussel with this hotel.

One stone away from Grand Place. A lot of eateries and very center and Was able to
Visit what I wanted to see in Brussels. The hotel itself screams history and art. The very detail of every corner of the entire hotel tells a story. We even met the very humble and nice owner. All staff was also nice and gives us a welcoming vibe. Will definitely come back again. Breakfast was decent nonetheless hope can add an egg to the meal :) No complaints at all! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

+ Free chocolates at the reception, my son was thrilled about this. Very delicious food at the restaurant on the first floor - mussels were perfect. Breakfast is superb and has everything you could wish for, even the sparkling. Room is comfortable, coffee machine, tv with YouTube access. The location is very central, 5 min walk to the main square.
- We booked this hotel especially because it showed the bathtub in the room. But we got no tub in the room . They said there are only few rooms of this category with the tubs and they are occupied. A bit disappointed. Another thing is that we had a dinner in the hotel and we forgot our personal thing there. We wrote our room number at the bill, so we kind of expected that our belongings would be delivered to our room . It didn’t happen, so we had to go and look for our things the next morning. It was a bit weird, cause you expect that Marriott takes a better care about their guests .
All in all, it’s a standard good hotel.

It is a very nice hotel in a very nice location.
The rooftop bar is lovely.
Unfortunately for the price we paid we were sad that we had numerous issues with our room, Bath & sink plugs both broken & tv not working.

Insanely accessible and convenient, literally 1min away from Brussels Central station. Nearest Metro/Tram is a 2-3min walk away. Grand Place, Museum of Original Figurines & St Hubert Gallerie are right behind the hotel. Carrefour express and Relay are nearby if you need to get basic necessities. St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral is a 10min walk away.
The room and bathroom is spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. The TV connects to youtube so that's a plus. Loved that there's an extendable clothesline that stretches above the bathtub. Staff were polite and helpful when I had enquiries. Didn't have an ironing board in the room but it was delivered soon after I approached the front desk for it.
(Side note: The security deposit took more than 2weeks after my stay to be refunded back to my card)

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is directly opposite Brussels South Station. Crossing the road and entering the hotel's front garden, it feels very safe for individual tourists like me. The planned day trip itinerary (a day trip by train to Dinant and Leuven) is convenient.
The hotel room is large and comfortable, the bathroom shower is powerful, and the breakfast is also good!
I believe this hotel has good value for money among hotels of the same level in Brussels!

DDanapalIt was a very good stay at the hotel. Very conveniently located next to the central railway station. Just walk into the hotel from the train station. Rooms were excellent and spacious. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Great selection of food and worth the money paid. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely book the same hotel if we happen to visit Brussels again.

BBonikwokThe location of hotel is super! You can reach all places on foot only.
Room is so big which we never expected.
It’s super clean.
Though it’s located at the grand place, but it’s quite during sleeping.
Nothing can complain while you could hv a drink at the square and just walking back.
So disappointing that we just stayed one night.
We would sure come back again! It’s my favourite hotel now.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

LLoni_liuThe room is located next to the Grand Place in Brussels, very central and with convenient transportation. If you drive, the hotel doorman will help you park for free, of course if there is a parking space. The hotel is very clean, the service is warm, and they will help you take your luggage to the room. The hotel slippers are very comfortable 😌 If there is a little regret, it is that the bath water is not so friendly to girls with long hair. The shower is in a relatively low position, the wall spray 🚿 is a bit scattered, the water is not concentrated enough, but the water volume is large, and there is a heated towel rack... The room design is marble and other clean and retro, a bit Royal. There is also a night bed service, which I personally recommend.

EEMWhen we enter the room, there’s a terrible smell like “old” or not cleaned well, The shower curtain was broken, there was a strange door (which we dont know going where in the room), the aircon is TERRIBLE! Not working well, and the door from the hallway is very hard to open. We had a very bad stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise, the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries with water, fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea, coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are, lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

GGuest UserWe stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.

SSunnyBlueIt's not too far from the station, and it's quiet at night in a business district.
The room is not large, but it is clean, has a microwave oven and tableware, and seems to be okay for long-term stays.

GGuest UserThe overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!
