The hotel is located away from the town & port but the water quality is the same. The hotel is old, but at same time not clean. Management should make an effort to improve cleanlinest ie. Effort to scrub the toilet wall and clean the windows properly and do not put up the torn curtain. Not a good getaway hotel. :-(

Easy to access location, good facilities, behind the hotel directly on the beach, neat and clean rooms. From the outside the building and lobby area looks a bit scary, but the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, there is no scary impression. The receptionist is slow, 1 customer is served for +- 10 minutes, during high session there is a buildup of customers at the reception. Arrived at 13.50 only able to enter the room at 15.05. Even then the room floor was still wet 😅 even though the maximum checkout time is 12.00. Breakfast is not controlled, I arrived at 07.20 only got food at 08.15, almost 1 hour waiting, but those who just arrived were given priority to get the main meal. The hotelier did not apologize, only made excuses and reasons that the rice was not cooked. The hotel should have known how many guests would get breakfast, why wasn't it prepared ?! Snacks while waiting for the main menu to arrive were only a few, quickly finished but slow to refill. Hopefully in the future it can be improved. It's a shame even though the room is already good and the facilities are okay.

The location is good. The hotel is on the road next to the beach too, so it's like a private beach... the food is also good, what's more, there are free unlimited snacks too... Maybe for input... the TV looks like it's out of date, it should be netflik like that, then try to improve the wifi again according to the free wife's facilities but it doesn't reach the room, Please have a refrigerator because it's on the beach. The rest is okay Highly recommended for *** okay, cheap and cheerful staycation

The standard AC facilities lack a water heater, the bathroom door cannot be locked. When it arrived it was stuffy because there was a smell of cigarettes. But the others were really okay because I stayed with standard AC. The officers are friendly. That's great.👍

Close to the beach, food is paid per room, not a buffet, parking is a bit tight for large cars, access to the main road, spacious rooms, room not ready even though I arrived at 3pm

The staff is friendly, but the service is very poor, breakfast is very late, the promise is at 7 but it's only given at half past 9 and even then you have to ask first, the mattress is broken at the bottom and it's jammed

From the service it is very ok but from the cleanliness of the hotel please improve it more...
