Access to the Hotel is a bit far, but still okay. Road access is just right for 2 cars to squeeze by. Those who are new to driving should be careful.

It is very suitable for both business and couples, the scenery is good, the breakfast and dinner are good, and the scenery is also good

The balcony can be opened directly to enjoy the beautiful view Amazing to be with family

Access to the location is a bit far from the main road & uphill, but quite sloping, the parking area is quite limited, maybe enough for 20-25 cars, the dropoff area is quite small so you have to queue if there is a drop, the lounge area is comfortable & the check-in process is smooth, the condition of the rooms the one I stayed in was quite clean (deluxe suite), the pool area was a bit less clean, lots of leaves in the pool and the smallest pool had cloudy water & there was no area for children like a kids corner or mini playground, overall it was quite comfortable

Check-in took too long... and couldn't confirm the time, many devices were not properly cared for, remote AC, some faucets were broken, and related to the cleanliness of other tools (nozzles need to be checked periodically because they are mossy)

But it's good for resting at night

warm welcome when I arrived and the check-in process by the reception staff, also helped in friendly way. especially for Mrs. Astrid as GRO that i asked for some request through her. she really helpfull, It was nice to stay here as resort hotel that i didn't expect more. Thanks to all for the service.

This hotel is affordable, this is second time visiting this hotel this month. Very warmth and helpful services. View are very nice too, many spot can be used to take photo for your instagram or tiktok status. Food is delicious, cheap and large.
