We arrived at the hotel and its façade and entrance looked like a new hotel, the reception was quite good and the staff was friendly and correct. They told us about the parking (10 euros per day, we decided to park outside as there is plenty of space and you save money). 10 euros per day), also the issue of breakfast (8.50 euros per person per day, quite expensive for what is usually a breakfast, taking into account that we are four people, we decided to have breakfast outside, since we will be staying for 3 days). We enter the room and the first thing we find is a fairly large cobweb (spider included) on the ceiling, hair on the beds, there is no safe or minibar, the walls are made of paper and you can hear everything, doors are a little damaged, smell of slightly dirty pipes and walls, shower phone with water leak. We forgot to take photos. In conclusion, it is good for sleeping for a night, but nothing more, a shame, because the area is good and quiet.

The installations were fine in general, the staff was nice, the beds were comfortable but the food was not second to none, and there was a very restricted variety. I wish the bathrooms, and specially the shower were bigger, you barely have space to shower!

The mattresses look like stones with blankets, the pillows are a bag of risketos, the shower head hits your head (170cm) and you can't get up. The only good thing is that this little Warner girl knocked on my door at two o'clock In the morning (the receptionist) was asleep. Furthermore, I went to lie down on the bed and it broke and they wanted to charge me. There was also a huge crack in the ceiling (it looked like it was going to fall). I don't recommend this hotel at all because it's almost two hours from anywhere (except Warner)

We are a large family that we have returned for the third time this year. We went to visit Warner Park and tourism in Madrid. They are responsible for managing tickets quickly and efficiently. It has a fairly affordable price, clean rooms. The best, the staff. Super friendly people, who assist you at any time of the day and even at ungodly hours of the night!! We will surely repeat sometime again

Bad experience of this hotel. Clean room, but everything else was bad. Poor breakfast, terrible coffee. And we couldn't shower because there was no hot water, and they didn't give us any solution or apology.

A real rubbish since the hotel smells like badly laid hens when you open the door it seems like you are in a ******* house which squeaks a rubbish as I appreciate the service and before I return I go under a hotel bridge instead of 3 stars It would have to be 1 and give thanks.

Very correct hotel. We were there during Easter and it was very good. Clean, comfortable and well positioned to go to Warner. The town is very quiet and you can park around the hotel. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable.

Horrible food, little and no variety of choice, hair in the food. chair that fell apart when I sat down, lights burned out, hairdryers didn't work, the bathroom bin wasn't emptied before we went to the room, lack of towels, non-functional bathroom, rude and unfriendly employees.
