Good situation and close to someq shops. The only downfall is that the manager is not very friendly and he could be a little more welcoming. It doesn't take much effort to welcome guests to your motel with a smile and who are supporting your business! We stayed there for 5 nights. On day 3 they're supposed to change the bedsheets but they didn't. The carpark space is also not that great.

The room is big enough, there is no public kitchen and bathroom, it is clean and sanitary overall, there is an aunt to clean every day! It is not noisy and the sleeping environment is good at night!
